They’re carving their pumpkins...Salim looks like he’s uncomfortable...
Sal: ‘’Nah, these contacts are killing my eyes’’
Mai: ‘’Go and take them out then!’’
Sal: ‘’They were expensive so I’ll just cope with them’’
Mai: ‘’If they’re hurting just take them out!’’
Sal: ‘’How do you wear them all the time?’’
Mai: ‘’Mine are made for me, they measure my eye and they make sure they’re fitted to me, that’s why I can wear mine all the time’’
Sal: ‘’Oh, I thought you just bought them over the counter’’
Mai: ‘’You do but you have to get fitted for them!’’
Mai puts down her pumpkin and pulls his hands away from his face
Mai: ‘’Don’t do that, you’ll make it worse, here’’ *pulls a small liquid bottle out of her bag* ‘’put your head back’’
Sal: ‘’Wait, what is that?’’
Mai: ‘’It my eye solution, they might be dry, this will help’’
Mai: ‘’Don’t be a wuss, if I can do this so can you!’’
Sal: ‘’Ok fine...’’ *he tilts his head back*
Mai lifts his eyelid, places the bottle tip over the corner of his eye ‘’don’t pull away when I do this ok’’ she squeezes the bottle slightly and puts a few droplets of solution in each of Salim’s eyes. He blinks rapidly. Mai helps Salim up and hold his head in her hands.
Mai: ‘’How do they feel?’’
Salim stops blinking and looks Mai in the eyes
Sal: ‘’Much better, thank you’’
Mai: ‘’Right, now no more rubbing, if they start to dry up again you tell me and I’ll put more drops in your eyes’’
Mai: ‘’Anytime, now take me to this zombie disco!’’
