Though she wasn’t entirely sure why, Margot was a little surprised by the kiss to her lips in greeting but she smiled gently nevertheless as Sebastian pulled away, waving with a wide grin as Bradie recognised her, “Hey Sugar Plum, look how big you’re getting!” She gently caressed Bradie’s cheek before moving down the hall with Sebastian to see the twins. She couldn’t help but softly gasp at the sight of the babies gently resting with one another, “Oh my God…” she whispered softly so as not to startle them, “Look at their tiny little faces…!” She crouched a little to further inspect the twins before smiling fondly, “They’re… adorable…!”

To see how excited Bradie got over seeing Margot again, Sebastian couldn’t help but smile. If he was being honest, the Evans’ kids held a huge ass spot in his heart and that would never change. As the little girl lead them both to the twins she smiled up at them before scurrying away to play with her toys. “Yeah, the boys are pretty damn perfect. I love it when I have babysitting duties” Sebastian said with a light chuckle. He leaned over and picked up Theodore whose eyes immediately opened as soon as he felt the touch. “Hey bud, someone is here to meet you” Seb said gently as he handed the baby boy over to Margot. “Jackson is a heavy sleeper so he probably won’t be up anytime soon” Sebastian said with a laugh as he soon hear little feet coming from the other direction. Turning around he saw his daughter at the doorway with her teddy bear in hand. “Hey baby girl, you ok?” Seb asked as he walked over to Rose and picked her up. She was still in a sleepy haze when Seb realized she probably had a little nightmare that woke her up.

Margot eagerly took Theodore from Sebastian as he held him out and cooed gently as she held the boy securely. He was so tiny and Margot couldn’t help but feel all sorts of protective over the defenceless little human being now in her care, “You’re okay,” she whispered softly, completely consumed with the new addition to the Evans’ family that she barely remembered the fourth child she would be meeting at some point. Hearing Sebastian use the phrase ‘baby girl’, her eyes flicked up. She’d stupidly thought for a minute that he was referring to her but her heart almost skipped a beat when she realised he was now holding his daughter. His. “I-is everything okay?” She asked quietly, careful not to stir Theodore in her arms.

To say she was nervous to meet Sebastian’s daughter was an understatement. Though she was not entirely sure why she was so nervous about it, Margot picked at a piece of dry skin on her nail bed as the Uber made it’s way to Sebastian’s home. She’d met the Evans’ other child before, but was rather excited to meet the twins... when Sebastian had offered to introduce her to Rose as well, Margot had felt her stomach do an uncomfortable flip. Was she ready for this? Were they ready for this? Pushing aside her discomfort and deciding that if she and Sebastian were really supposed to be friends, she’d need to meet Rose eventually, Margot took a deep breath. Meeting like this was a better idea than meeting her with a bunch of other people around. Her driver quickly pulled her out of her thoughts as he announced their arrival and she made sure to tip him generously before heading up to the front door and gently knocking. The last thing she wanted to do was wake the babies.

Seb: As if I'd say no to you taking anything of mine.

Seb: I do, yeah, definitely. But I don't want you to do something you're not ready for either.

Margot: well in that case a shower and change of clothes too ;)

Margot: it’s okay. If you’re ready I am too

Seb: Ah, no worries, babe. It's all good, get your hustle on. Can I help in any way?

Seb: I mean, theyre still fresh so they sleep all day haha So come over no matter what! I also have Rose with me too though... if you want to meet her? If not that's fine, I totally get it! We can wait till next week when she's back with her mom?

Margot: Nothing really to hell with, but I might steal a drink off you ;)

Margot: Do you want me to meet her?

Margot: y’know I’m not going to force you into introducing us
