Hi! :) I was wondering how you are doing. I have missed your posts and videos a lot (and I strongly believe that many others have as well).

Hi! Thanks so much for the sweet message. I have been doing great - I love my job and have made some fantastic friends there, and I recently moved into my own house which has been amazing as well. I honestly can't say if or when I'll make a return to making videos, but I'm hoping that some motivation to do so will come back to me once I have more time in the summer.

What’s your opinion about post-time jump Jason and Aria? Do you think they could’ve been good together, considering she wasn’t a minor anymore?

I could never get on the Aria/Jason train, even post-time jump, for two reasons: He had a clear romantic interest in her as a minor, and it was established that he was involved with the NAT Club. It was mentioned that he bowed out after a certain point, but it doesn't seem like at any time it was anything other than a way to spy on and film underage girls, so...yeah, Jason's really not it for me.

do you write emison fanfiction (ao3 or fanficition .net) and do you take requests?

I have several PLL stories up if you want to check them out here, but I actually rather dislike Emison as a ship so unfortunately I have to say that I'm not the best person to ask for stories about them!

crazy idea but i definitelyyyyy don't think the "is it Karen or Kelly" plotline is over let - i think there may be a really amazing reveal around S3-ish that it was Karen all along, just when the viewers had forgotten all about it.

I really hope you're right! That plot line really built over the whole season and then just came to a sudden screeching halt right before the finale. Whether she's actually Karen or Kelly, I hope there's some sort of resolution eventually!

Gonna be honest I don’t like Original Sin. The characters are boring and I feel like the actors besides Bailee do not have any screen prescience at all. Like they r not standing out on screen. Also there are not enough plot threads and characters and the aesthetic of the show feels really low budget with the lighting and clothes

I think that's totally fair. I really enjoyed the show for what it was (mostly, I have a video coming this weekend that goes into more detail), but I see why it wouldn't appeal to everyone.

I used to ship Ezria back when show was on and now I don't for obvious reasons. But I can't deny that I think Ian and Lucy had the best chemistry and so wish he was either Noel or they just made Ezra another student

They definitely did! I don't think Ezria would have been nearly as well-received if it hadn't been for the chemistry between them, or if Lucy had actually been closer to 16 in season 1. A lot of people didn't see them as inappropriate because they didn't look inappropriate together.

A lot of people are thinking Imogen will give her baby to Aria to adopt and I kinda love that. Plus, I love Lucy and hope she would make a cameo

I wanted to wait a few days to start answering these to give more people a chance to watch the episodes without being spoiled, but yep you definitely hit the nail on the head there! I enjoyed the reference to Aria, but could have done without all of the gushing about Ezra and what a "perfect couple" they are. Really seemed hypocritical considering all of the emphasis on how inappropriate relationships with that same difference are throughout the rest of the show.

do you think sasha will ever return to acting?

It's hard to say! I took a look at her acting history on her Wikipedia page and was surprised to see that aside from a few stints as a guest judge on cooking shows, the last time she appeared in anything was 2019 - in both The Perfectionists and a few episodes of a web series.

I did see that she was apparently cast in the new Netflix movie series "Ivy & Bean," so that's exciting, although no details have been released about who she's playing. Hopefully she's just taken some time off as she enjoys motherhood and will be continuing to act!

I know Ezria was endgame in the original show but, do you think that, given how the fandom, pop culture and society in general have started to actively condemn those kind of relationships and their glorification in media in recent years, there would ever be any kind of callback or mention of them in any other show in the PLL universe?

Hmm I had to think on this one. I'm really not sure. I think that if Marlene and co. were at the helm of another PLL show/movie/reunion/whatever, Ezria would absolutely still be going strong. She seemed to see no issue whatsoever with their relationship and treated it like her ultimate OTP. I can't imagine her backtracking and admitting that she was wrong.

As far as Roberto or another team, it's harder to say. The little "Ezra's Books" Easter egg in OS made me think that this show isn't going to be outright condemning their relationship, if they were to come up at all.

I’ve always thought it was pathetic how Hanna acted around Caleb when he came back to Rosewood in season 5, after the show Ravenswood was cancelled. He abandoned her without giving her any kind of explanation as to what happened to him there or why he had to leave, and when she was a guest star in one of Ravenswood’s episodes, she came to the conclusion that he had fallen in love with Miranda and had moved on from her. But he comes back and suddenly she’s begging him to take her back and be together again? The Ravenswood thing truly killed Haleb for me.

I totally see that perspective. Really, all of the Liars could be pretty pathetic when it came to their SOs. I think I always cut Hanna a little more of a break for this instance because considering what she was going through at the time, it makes sense why she would be so desperate to have Caleb back in her life. He was the only person around her who wasn't totally absorbed in Alison and her drama, and in fact seemed to have some pretty clear derision for her. I can see why Hanna would be so willing to put the past aside, especially keeping in mind the crisis she was going through at the time. What's unrealistic to me is that none of what you mentioned literally never came up again, though.

Do you think Mouse is a nickname or her real name? Have they said because I don’t remember ? Also I would love to get the moms perspective on them dealing with and getting messages from A and how they handle it and deal with it. Also I don’t understand why A meant to kill karen.

Mouse is a nickname, her real name is Minnie.

It almost seems like "A" is actually protecting the girls at this point. Killing Karen when she was about to prank Imogen, killing Tyler after he harassed Faran and got into it with Tabby, forcing Noa to turn in her mom and stop taking the fall for her...it's such a difference from the original "A" game and I'm so curious about it all.

Someone on Reddit summed it up perfectly on why I am getting not good vibes from Imogen and it's the fact she reminds me of manipulative Alison and anytime she says something, I'm half expecting an Alison smirk to appear behind everyone. I just don't trust her

Ooh yes, I can totally see that. She has kind of a weird, almost overdramatic way of speaking that I feel like is very intentional. "Not getting a good vibe" pretty much sums up how I feel about her lol, even though she's my favorite of the Liars right now (maybe for that reason!).

Funniest thing about Riverdale PLL same universe is the fact we now have Aria and Katy doppelgangers 😂

Now that they've done this, they need to just go all the way and have Lucy appear in an episode as both of them, interacting with each other. I do not care how contrived it is, it must happen.

My crazy prediction for finale is the girls are going to end up having their own Jenna thing like maybe killing someone happen and it's going to be their ultimate secret to bond them

I would love to see something like this to kind of lead into season 2. I've seen it said elsewhere that one strange thing about this show is that, aside from not telling anyone about "A," the new Liars really...aren't lying about much. A secret that ties them together would really benefit the show.

So I googled the whole inhalers (ones with steroids that are meant to help breathing) situation and apparently there are some studies of athletes using them but there is a debate over how much of an edge it would give someone in context of they are perfectly healthy and don't use them for medical. The show definitely should of made it more clear since someone using them like myself for asthma/other.

Huh, that's really interesting. I never knew there was any debate surrounding the use of inhalers, but that makes sense.

I think that's still very possible! I go back and forth on who "Kelly" really is pretty much every time I see her on screen lol.

I honestly have no hope for this show. The fact Riverdale and PLL officially are same universe is mind boggling. I feel like A/Killer is just going like Angela's ghost at this point. Also, I have no issues with any of the girls but the writing I'm finding really cringey and bad.

I'm not worrying too much about the Ravenswood thing yet. It very well may have just been a little winking Easter egg and meant as nothing more. I will likely tune right out if they do end up trying to work in any supernatural stuff, but I don't think there's any big reason to believe that right now.

Overall, there are things about the show that I don't love, but I'm really enjoying it as a whole.
