It’s 8pm on a Friday night. The only plans you have are with your couch and your tv to re-watch your favorite show. You pour some wine, pop some popcorn, and put on a clay face mask before wrapping yourself in your coziest blanket. As you settle into the couch, ready to have a chill evening, you remember that your ler is over and eager to join in on the fun. He cuddles up next to you and grabs a handful of popcorn. He helps himself to some of your wine as you guys make eyes. He smiles at you and realizes that you can’t smile back.

Next thing you know, he’s dragged you by your legs closer to him. He’s straddled you, and starts tickling you so fast you can hardly register what spot he’s on. He goes from armpits to stomach to armpits to neck to stomach to hips to neck to knee caps to ribs to armpits. It’s too much and you try to fight him off but you can’t. Your face is frozen. Your arms are useless. Your laugh is loud.

“I thought you couldn’t laugh?!”

“I HAHAA promise HAHAHAHA I can’t”

“Then what is that noise you’re making?!”

“HAHAHAHA”

You’ve never felt sillier. He’s never seemed more fun. You know you’re making an absolute fool of yourself. You’re sure your hair is a mess. You know your face looks ridiculously still. You’re positive your laugh sounds insane — a mixture of a deep cackle and a high pitched squeal with the occasional snort. And yet, he doesn’t stop. He likes seeing you let loose. He knows how stressed you’ve been, hence the need for wine and a face mask. But he also knows laughter is the best medicine and you are in need of a high, high dosage.

So he keeps tickling you and making you crack up with his wise remarks. He teases you about your new smile, asks if this is the new weekly routine. All the while, you can barely get a word in. You’re too busy giggling and laughing and failing to fight him off.

Eventually, he stops tickling you abruptly. He sits back on the couch and steals the blanket from you. He cozies himself up, grabs the popcorn, and pours some more wine.

“You done messing around over there? I’ve been waiting to watch tv” he says between bites of popcorn.

You lay there looking disheveled. Out of breath, you reach for the remote and press play, knowing it’s only a matter of time before the popcorn runs out, the wine runs dry, and the mask washes off for the next round of fun.

A: honestly, seeing them makes it tickle more because my brain is more focused on the feeling of the tool and the anticipation of it. If I can’t see it, my brain is more focused on trying to figure out what it is, and a racing mind makes you less ticklish I swear. Now, if it makes noise, and I hear it before it touches me, it also jolts me. They are both effective, but panic definitely sets in more with sight

1. How long do you think you’d be able to last before saying the safe word?

A: there are multiple answers here with many factors. It depends on the spot, tool, and how many Lers there are. For example, one Ler tickling my ribs by digging their fingers in would probably get me in like 10 minutes or less if it was continuous, but anything vibrating on the ears very gently would be like, 2 minutes 😅 with multiple spots at once and the right technique, it could be quick, or if I’m being a masochist I could try and last 30 minutes or so. It’s allllllll in the mindset. Also teasing diminishes safeword time by like 50% 😂

2. What is your favorite tool to have used on you?

A: it’s a toss up honestly. I’m a fingers girlie through and through, but I also like vibrating rods a LOT. Feathers are a close runner up on the two. If I had to choose just one, I’d say fingers!

15. Being chased before being restrained?
