My absolute favorite herb (the only thing I grow in my garden besides flowers), it’s extremely versatile. It taste great in salads, water, smoke cleansing, and teas and also makes a great bath ingredient.
Mint is good for: cleansing, protection, banishing, healing (health), energy, prosperitiy, luck, love, calming/cooling, happiness, focus, vitality, air & water magic
Medicinally it’s good for: nausea, fatigue, headaches, IBS, coughs&congestion, antibacterial, and muscle aches
Crystal pairings: green goldstone, pyrite, moss agate, green calcite, prehnite, bloodstone, peridot
