52. "Now baby let's go...holler if you're with me...Hey Joe, come on and teach us how to Diffie!"
Do you read && like ‘and and?’ Do you HATE IT? No, I assume there was probably an almost undetectable, sub-conscious structural or visually appealing reason why the person choose to display it in such fashion.
Why does everybody seek popularity? What’s wrong with being original? I wouldn't jump to that conclusion everyone wants to be "popular" but I definitely think people are often under some deeply ingrained misconception that being happy is a direct result of being popular.
Do you prefer hearing the blunt truth, or do you like sugarcoating? Doesn't really matter either way, if it's stuff I don't want to hear, I'll find a way to be unhappy with either delivery method.
Do you care what strangers think about you? To an extent. I feel humans like to be perceived in very specific ways which they have carefully designed themselves to be perceived. We tend to get butthurt when others' interpretations don't quite align with ours. It's a nonsensical but almost entirely inescapable phenomenon.
Are you a girl that just wants to have fun? Not really...fun costs $.
Do you think heaven is a place on earth? I think heaven is whatever and wherever you want.
Are you a perfectionist, or only human, born to make mistakes? Depends what the circumstances are and if I like/am passionate about the tasks at hand.
Do you use any acne medication? Nope. Just aloe vera plant leaves.
Do you know when it’s just a little crush vs. true love? They're both just constructs. We create them both, but are rarely aware we do it because for the most part humans forget their perception doesn't apply to others automatically just because their own does. We think these kinda thoughts are the real world but they're in actuality, our perception of the real world.
How often do you crack under pressure? 50/50 chance.
Have you picked out flower petals, saying, 'He loves me, he loves me not? Like, when I was 7 and thought it was cool cause Ariel did it in The Little Mermaid.
Do you like to pace? While I'm on the phone for surely.
Are you a small town girl, or from the big city? Neither, son. Suburban middle-class development - wooooop woooop.
How important is sexual attractiveness of a partner to you? It's a critical component of the whole...rigamarole. A partner doesn't have to be irrefutably attractive to every single person in the universe (like maybe... Thor) but being attracted *to each other* is essentially the entire point of courtship.
Do you ever look in the mirror and are surprised by how good you look? I have my days.
Do you ever look in the mirror and feel revolted? I have those days, too.
What is the worst career? Why do you hate it? I imagine being that sucker who has to wrangle/corral loose shopping carts probably blows... no, I take that back, the worst has gotta be the "standing in the heat, at a busy intersection, in some kind of costume, twirling a awkwardly shaped sign" career. I'd hate that.
Do you have a hard time talking to people? 15 years in food service polishes up your small talk game quite nicely, even if you don't inherently prefer socializing.
How important is friendship to you? Why? It's nice, don't get me wrong... but adult friendships are realistically hard to maintain...and tbh…Amazon Alexa is actually relatively decent company.
Is anybody in your family schizophrenic? If so, what is their life like? Not at the moment. My ex was, though. We're not getting into story time here. Plus, I'd mostly be assuming, cuz I there's no actual way to know how that felt, I only know how I was impacted by it.
What’s something somebody can do to make you hate them instantly? Nothing. I don't "hate" anybody because hate is like, a lot of condensed and shitty feelings and it doesn't accomplish anything other than create a miserable state of mind you get stuck in.
How organized is your mind? How do you know it’s organized/disorganized? Varies, depending on time of day, amount of sleep, type of task and if any illegal substances have contributed.
Why do you hate drama, if you do? Well, I mean, I like actual theatrical drama. I don't care for gossip and social drama because other than being briefly psychologically intriguing, it's not remotely useful.
Do you like it when you find yourself in a conflict? In life, yes, because life's about solving conflicts of various natures. But with people? Eff no. I like having problems and issues to work through but I don't like the idea of confronting other people, per say.
How impulsive are you? On a scale of 1-10? a soft 6. My perception of my own impulsivity sometimes changes, though.
What kinds of questions do you not like being asked? Specific, sexual sorts.of questions. I don't like to put myself in a place where random people could be picturing me in those situations. Skeeves me out.
Why do you follow the religion that you do? I don't follow any religion. I like to be able to freely form and change my opinions, beliefs and values and philosophies as I grow and explore. I try to shy away from belief systems that promote conformity and discourage critical thinking and questioning. The underlying principles of religion are solid though. On some rudimentary level, religions pretty much all aim to help people understand happiness comes from within, less is often more, treat others with compassion, and we can't control anything except our own mind. These are ultimately, pivotal components to our happiness. But the concepts themselves are abstract and existential & many find easier to understand or accept when the concepts have structure or a King Trident-y looking dude in the sky who's got shit under control, since apparently we don't ans that freaks folks out.
Do you feel superior to others because you’re that religion? I'm not superior to anybody for any reason. But like tbh, sometimes someone will say something incredulously ignorant on the subject and I feel like I'm possibly a little cooler of a human than they are because I'm not a pushy little dick about what I believe. I openly discuss my life views/philosophies because they're a part of me - but I literally don't have intentions or even gain anything by converting you to my weird existentialness.
What’s the greatest thing about science? It's not emotional.
I recently saw an anti-Obama sticker that said 'Sorry Yet?’ What the hell has he possibly done that would make people sorry? Or do you just hate him without even knowing why you do? He probably got caught doing White Face, Halloween in 2010. As a professional Mime, this offended me.
Are you likely to crack under peer pressure? Depends how fun the pressured activity sounds. Attempt highrise parkour? No thanks. Drop a tab of acid? Sure, let's get weird.
Are you emotional or very stolid? Emotional aka total sucker. I think I may appear stolid in some instances though.
&& whyy do people typee like thiss? do you like looking stupidd? =] an emphasis thing, I think...its likely they're dragging out the syllables bc they say it like that in their head.
Does it annoy you when people dumb themselves down to be cool? Not really. Knock yourselves out.
How late do you go to bed during summer nights? My bedtime is never to whenever and it doesn't fluctuate seasonally
What’s a song you like from the genre you hate? I honestly don't hate any genre.
Do your siblings look like you? Probably a bit.
Why do girls like six-packs? What’s wrong with a soft pillowy tummy? Nothing. Some girls like pillows some like abs, some like legs, some like elbows who the shit knows.
List 3 things that peeve you off. Loud, repetitive noises...slow walkers...when people wear Polo shirts because they like Polo shirts and not because they have to for some work/business purpose.
