Weekend BBQ 🍖 Grillin up some tastiness this weekend while this weather is holding up in New York and we can still grill outdoors. 🌇 Chermoula leg of lamb. Chermoula shrimp. Grilled eggplant. Easy blender chermoula: 1 cup olive oil. 1/2 cup lemon juice. 1 tbsp cumin 1 tbsp paprika 5 garlic cloves. A small bunch of parsley and cilantro. Think of Chermoula as the Moroccan equivalent of a chimichurri when using it. Great as a topping, killer as an actual marinade.
