Beauty is a reflection of ourselves and our happiness. It is translated through our experiences and interests over our lifetime, and is truly unique to the individual.

What is Beauty?

Most likely everyone will describe their idea of beauty differently. So what is it? Sure it can be broken down scientifically into ratios and mathematics but for what it means for the individual is what truly matters. 

Beauty reflects someone's personal needs or interests. It makes them feel happy, excited, or inspired. Beauty offers someone a feelings along with visual aesthetics. However, it can get more complicated. The road to finding your own ideas of beauty means that the person must figure out who they are. Their interests reflect them as an individual and therefore affects their ideals on beauty. Attractiveness is based on many things, a person can find beauty in the style of your clothes, the way you wear your hair, maybe by the fact you have a gap in your teeth. Maybe the beauty is found in your style or maybe it is found in your mind and in your voice. One might also find beauty in characteristics they will they possessed. Someone might be beautiful because we aspire to be similar.

Overall, beauty is not just visual. It is a representation of the self and how one feels.
