folkloric fall revelry with Sett Studios

FOIK FOLLY is finally here this Saturday 11th October!

This is the 4th annual free art, music and performance event hosted by Sett Studios in conjunction with Settlement Projects. Taking place across several venues from the top of Leith Walk down to the bottom, beginning with experimental music, poetry and spellcasting at Settlement Projects at 2pm before a procession of outlandish costumed characters leads the public through several performance events involving dance, puppetry, piñatas, maypoles and more from about 5pm, and eventually arriving at an exhibition at Sett Studios featuring more than 30 local visual artists. Updates as the day unfolds will be viewable live on the Sett Studios instagram page.

We warmly invite you to wander with us through our annual folkloric festival. A lively gathering of art, music, and performance that will spill across many spaces and into the streets. This will be our last joyful procession to 127 Leith Walk — so let’s make it a farewell filled with celebration, costumes, banners, and brimming with the wyrd, the ugly, the beautiful.
