Y'know something that I genuinely fucking love about both the IRIS and WKM cinematic universes that I never see anyone talk about is that they're both the epitome of the phrase "it all comes full circle" in the best way possible. Like Mark said that he named his channel Markiplier because he originally wanted to do sketch comedy and play all the characters, therefore multiplying himself (Mark + multiplier = Markiplier) and now with all the multiverse stuff in ISWM, him actually playing a bunch of separate characters, and even Dark's backstory with him being an amalgamation of at least three souls, the name is once again warranted.

With the IRIS Project's incredibly prominent themes of watching, security cameras and eye imagery galore, the constant reminders that we could have done something/have actually done something but still just sat there and observed, it again all comes full circle with the channel name being "Jacksepticeye"

I actually really like that idea Anon, I don't think it's a new ego (as it was said the canon 6 is really enough/ no plans to add more).

Nor do I think it's an ego pretending to be someone else, we got confirmation it's not Marvin, & no one else really fits the bill.

Could they be a character in the 8 space Subject Box to fill?

WHOAAA. so anti DIDNT come out of the camera in the final scene. instead, anti pulled us OUT of the camera so we can watch the consequences of our actions. we infiltrated IRIS, hacked into it and broke down the systems. we caused this to happen. and anti wanted us to watch.

Besides his appearance, what makes this new version of anti so terrifying to me is that he now seems to be *actually* real.

Up until now we've only ever seen anti through screens, projections or hallucinations. But today, he got out of the camera. He stepped on the floor of our real world.

The way he walked, as if he hadn't done that in a long time... no glitching, just a slight distortion at the end. He has a form now and who knows what it's capable of.

He just became trully scary.
