“oof.” Vergil sighs, sitting up and moving to shower.

She smiled as she watched. Anjiila began to pack some of their things up while she waited.

Anjiila whimpered as she hit the ground. She didn’t even know what had happened… The tanned woman had been sent the wrong way. That she realized as she took a look around. The man she had been fighting was another wizard, similar to her. He had casted out a spell she hadn’t heard before and down she went. She placed her hand over her chest, failing to find a heartbeat. She was still as dirty as ever, from what she assumed was the fight, and felt sore in her limbs and her mind. She had used countless spells over the course of many hours.

Slowly, she pulled herself to her feet and rubbed her head, looking for someone to talk to. Maybe she could go back..

“That’s true.” Anjiila laughed as she continued to eat.

Vergil gives her a knowing smile, eating his cake quietly.

She soon finished her cake. She cleaned up after herself then started towards Nero. “You just about done, love?”

“You’re such a tease.” Vergil wraps his arms around her back.

“I know.” Anjiila laughed, rubbing her nose against his.

“Ahh, yes, it’s for dessert, why?” Soon enough the actual cake would be brought in.

“I thought I smelled something.” Anjiila grinned, happy that the cake was added.

The cake is served, and Nero couldn’t be happier. “Cake!”

She didn’t question it. Anjiila thanked the servant for her wine, then gently grabbed her glass. She smiled at Vergil, holding her glass out to tap it with his.

Vergil taps his with hers, and drinks. Anjiila would find hers to be very dry, but not really out of the ordinary.

She figured it had something to do with the kind it was. She didn’t question it and, by the end of dinner, had finished the whole glass.
