Starter for: Leonardo | Lord Austen's Archery Event | Location: Hyde Park
Leonardo easily found himself by the clothing at the event, eyeing up every piece of clothing and fabric he saw. He was one to spend carelessly, living beyond his means despite not being nearly as wealthy as he liked to imagine. He made due with the help of some generous benefactors, and he wanted to treat himself to something nice.
He motioned at the modiste towards some beautiful fabric, catching the eyes of someone else who was at the stand. "I do hope I did not snatch up what you were wanting. I simply cannot leave without getting measured for a gown." He said with an easy smile as he jotted down some measurements for the modiste. He had been measured so often that he knew them off the top of his head.
Jozef chuckled, a warm, resonant sound that filled the small space. "Actually, you did," he admitted, a playful glint in his eyes as he gestured towards the bolt of exquisite fabric. "Though, I truly do think this particular weave will suit you far better than it ever would me, my lord."
He recognized the man before him instantly. It had been some time ago, when Jozef/Joseph had first arrived in London, still finding his feet amidst the city's vibrant chaos. The man had been performing, a fleeting moment of street theater, when Joseph had been imposing, seeing the captivating figure that portrait a amazing show. Even then, amidst the clamor, Jozef had been inexplicably drawn to him, captivated by his presence, his aura. And now, seeing him again, a new thought, bold and slightly audacious, took root.
"Perhaps," Jozef continued, a hint of a smile playing on his lips, "you could repay me with an autograph, my lord? I am, in fact, quite a fan of your work."
