Fuuuuu. Please don't be offended if I haven't replied to you yet. It's almost 1am here and I only got in from a twelve hour shift like... half hour ago. And I'm back in six hours. I need to sleep, fml. I've written down a list of everyone who's replied/done a starter/whom I owe a starter to, and I'll do them all first thing in the morning. As for right now, I think I ought to sleep before I end up writing terribly. On the brighter side, I should have more time from tomorrow night so I'll actually be active. Hooray!

The Doctor frowned at the man speaking to him, realisation slowly dawning on him as the other kept speaking. "Oh," he started, tilting his head as he got his first glance at a future him, before pointing with a wider eyed stare. "Oh. No."

He frowned childishly and brought a hand up to his chin, before retorting, "It's a perfectly good chin, exactly what chins should be - pointy. I see we're going for the gangly thing again."

"What are you doing?" Ameila asked the odd looking man before her. She stared at him in intrigue and slight amusement. She raised her eyebrow at him, she attempted to give off a appearance of someone of authority, which she had none of. "That," pointed to the now shattered whatever it was, she hadn’t a clue as to what the clay had formed, she had her attention on a painting nearby when it broke. "Was a very expensive and important…Article to this museum." she tried to sound calm but intimidating, this was just a bit of fun as far as she was concerned.

The Doctor span around as someone actually addressed him. For all the chaos he usually brought with him, he very rarely intended to break anything. He glanced over the woman before him, the slight hitch in her words... and he knew he'd found someone he could talk to. He raised a finger and attempted to look at least a little bit like he knew what he was talking about, but he knew every word about to come out of his mouth was a downright lie, but he'd almost convinced himself. "Important article?" he replied, pointing at the shards. "I did it on purpose! Because it's a lie. A fraud. A cheat. They've been swindled. It's nothing more than a fake." He crouched down for a moment, picking up a shattered piece and held it aloft like a trophy. "The real thing would taste of-" he started, bringing it to his lips and licked the shard, before pausing. "Oh. Well." The Doctor delicately put the shard back on the plinth before stepping away, giving the woman a sheepish grin. "I think I'd better be going."

"Should be, but I'm not," he replied, grinning widely at the stranger... even if he couldn't shake a particular feeling that he'd seen her before. "Something I've never gotten used to, that. And who are you?"

Amy put her hands up in surrender with a small chuckle. “All right, I’ll let you believe that. You big five year old…” She grinned cheekily and she watched as he adjusted his bow tie. She shook her head and then she glanced up at him, a smile spread across her face. “I always worry about you.” She pointed out. And when he grabbed her hand, Amy held his tightly and she followed his lead. When they reached the TARDIS, the red head stopped outside and she looked up at it. It was another thing she thought she’d never see again. She took a step inside and she looked around. “Ah, you’ve redecorated… I don’t like it…” Amy said pulling a face. “Though I suppose it’s better than nothing.”

Amy nodded her head. “Yes…” She watched the Doctor flick the switch and the smile still remained.

The Doctor couldn't help but give Amy a fond smile. The Girl Who Waited... Always waiting so patiently. "You don't need to worry about me. I'm over a thousand years old. I know how to look after myself," he pointed out, giving her a look as if to say 'stop it'. He turned around as he dragged her in, waiting to see her reaction, and to say he was disappointed was an understatement.

"Don't you listen to her," he muttered to the TARDIS, stroking the console as she moved them through time and space towards their destination. "You, Sandshoes, none of you appreciate it." Still, despite his grumbling, he wasn't surprised. Amy had never seemed particularly fond of change, at least when it came to him or the TARDIS. He was fixed in her mind as her raggedy Doctor, he was sure. "So how does Christmas at a royal court sound to you?" he asked, turning to grin at her. "Been a while since I visited with royalty. I think I need to catch up. Get us an invitation. Shouldn't be too difficult, and fairly safe. For once."

WHAT HAPPENED IN OUAT LAST NIGHT I HAVEN'T SEEN IT YET BUT NOW I'M INTRIGUED AND WHAT IS THIS OMG. I need to sleep but now I need to watch it and ugh.

I may have been rewatching the Barry Allen two-parter on Arrow over and over again because Flash/Grant.

Amy smiled up at the Doctor. It was always nice to see him smile and she thought she wouldn’t see it ever again.

"Yep. You!" Amy confirmed. "I’m not surprised. What with the bow tie… and the fez on the odd occasion. But really, though Doctor. Are you okay?” She said. “Yeah, figured that out a while ago… I think. Ooh… somewhere Christmas-y if that’s okay.” She never thought she’d be doing this again and she was pretty excited.

"There's nothing wrong with my bow tie, or my fez," he complained, sounding rather more like a pouting child than he liked... not helped by the fact he immediately adjusted his bow tie as if in defense. He gave her a softer smile, trying to be reassuring. "Stop worrying about me, Amy." With a wide grin, the Doctor grabbed the ginger girl's hand and pulled her forward, off round the corner where his beloved TARDIS was parked proudly. Pushing it open, he beamed at the woman, wondering what she'd make of the new decor.

"Somewhere Christmas-y," he repeated, flicking a switch and making the TARDIS shudder as she started to lift off.
