I Go On - Moonbeam ft. Polina Griffith

Moonbeam is an artist that i randomly chanced upon.  One of my friends was playing a song called "To Forever," which is a remix of the Tiesto song and I was pulled into it like a moth to a flame.  I was looking at one of my favorite music blogs and saw Moonbeam had a new song.  This is it. This song gives me the feels so hard! Give it a taste :)
