Head Canon:              While the name ‘Quiver’ was suggested to Oliver by the jester known as one Harley Quinn. Oliver has already had the name set in stone as the ‘Arrow Cave’ and is not willing to change it for anyone. He is very proud of the name he ‘came up with’ to be his secret layer an no one can tell him to change it other wise.
