No Haterz In Heaven E.P.

Writing this last verse to one of the songs from my new project and for some reason I felt like blogging about how real this album is to me not just as far as the title but creative-wise. See, I feel like these times we live in is so serious that it’s hard to just do art without getting involved with the politics behind the music. WHo got six-figures? Who gangbangin? What sett they claim? What hood they from? Who they affiliated with? Who they dating? etc....but when it comes to what I got going on in my world none of that matters to a ‘true rap artist’. I got a track called“Party In Heaven” which is probably the hardest song on the album next to “Go Head Homie” with Spice 1 and Michelob. I want people to notice my skill more than my point because my skill is what’s about to create  a paradise for me and my Bloclub family.

New Album: No Haterz In Heaven E.P.

So I was thinking about this album for about 8 months before I started recording it but in my mind this title is a slogan. Just like The Real Chit chat (Real Talk). The meaning is obvious, no admittance for the one’s that hate me. What was I to do? If it wasn’t bitchez (excuse my french) it was police and prosecutors. If it wasn’t them it was niggaz in the streets with miscellanious issues. So what was I to do?? I created this guideline for my life. I decided that no more fake homies, girlfriends, and authority would ever be  allowed in ‘my version’ of heaven.

Blunted Thoughts

Smoking blunts wit Spice 1 and Michelob before the show in Ft. Collins, Colorado back in March I had all intentions on having flyers and promo ready then but all I could think about was my court dates. My life seem to always have room for drama but barely room for positive success when it comes to my rap career. See, back when Krayzie Bone was in the kitchen with me making Ramen Noodles at his house in Miami I knew that the devil was always on my heels. I soaked up every moment I got to feel ‘care-free’ as if I was a rich nigga. Without a doubt it would only take days to be right back at square one and even sometimes square zero. I put in work for this music I create from Detroit to the West Coast and way back to the Atlantic Ocean and I never tripped on why I don’t rhyme for top pay. I just wanted to get paid and get some love from family and the streets. Niggaz hated with no delay but I still rose to the occasion and kept pushin’.....’Go Head Homie’ because real recognize real and frankly that’s all I was saying to begin with.
