I suppose this should have been a sweeter picture, but I just had this image in my head of Korra trying to feed Kaida sea prunes, and Kaida was not ok with it.

I had also just watch the spirit of competition, and I absolutely love Korra’s face as she stares down Tahno. I wanted to use it for something and I think it fit well in this scene.

Although Kaida looks a lot like Mako, I think she inherited her ability to make the most ridiculous faces from Korra. I wanted to make them look a lot alike here.

Sketchy Korras!  Buff Korra is not amused.  Sometimes it’s very difficult to resist the urge to try to color everything; it can be difficult to stop at “sketch” - so here’s the result of some effort to just make some little sketches.  I don’t promise not to attempt to color at least one of these, though.  Also fun reminding yourself that you need to study anatomy a lot more.  These are reference-less.
