Five dollars says this dock doesn't work. I would not be surprised if at least one of these ended up marked as "stolen" so an innocent person ended up with a $1,200 charge. @citibikeblog, how many people have you treated like this? Actually stealing money for a "stolen" bike that shows up in your system as DOCKED.
