After Effects by Glockz

She heard but didn’t., tried to stand she’s slipping / grabbed by her father she screams all she wants to do is leave / she can’t believe that a man could take away her dreams and walk free / leave her broken in pieces, its coming again she can’t breathe / she decides that it don’t make sense better she makes it end / takes a blade to the bathroom..... Now the After Effect. Forced Change by "Glockz"

A word about Adam a kid on the block who knew right from wrong / saw his friends doing there thing but tried his best not to do wrong / though the pull was strong he peservered and studied for years / avoiding gangs, crimes and not causing his mother tears / cause she struggled worked 2 jobs to fen for him and his sister / and no matter what she made sure they both ate a hot dinner / but as time passed he noticed she got weaker, breathing haggard and rough / he had to spend more time at home and he learned to cook / all she said she’d be ok but she couldn’t hide it despite trying / she’d been to doctor months back and she knew she was dying / as it got worse she decided to break it to him so she tod him / the truth hurt him inside and he moved away when she tried to hold him / “what will we do” he asked with a teens ignorant attitude / not paying attention to the fact that these are few of the moments he’ll lose / he storms out crying inside himself dying he feels alone / as he takes a right turn and walks alone down the dark road....     Sometimes life surprises us forces to weigh our options Our weakness is our belief in our own stregnthwaning then stopping Perspective changes leading us to grow a different way And i guess thats just a way of viewing Lifes forced change     He sticks to his studies but can’t focus but can’t really study / his grades drop, mum has stopped work he can only think about money / trying to get help from benefits isn’t working and soon the rents due to get paid / he can’t find another way so after college he makes a call to his gd friend Wayne / he explains the situation Wayne dissuades he don’t feel it / he says “Adam out here isn’t anything easier than it is if you learn what their teaching / but his words don’t reach him, he hangs up and phones Jeng / Now Jeng just wants to make money and yh he’s got the peng / Adam sighs starts to talk but gets Jeng rudely butts in / “eh bwoi mi jus tel mi wha ya wan mi na inna na long ting” / so he asks for 2 bags to loan Jeng tells him to come for it / when he arrives a instinct inside tells him to run for it / instead he knocks on the door hoping that no one hears / but he can hear the footsteps inside coming down the stairs / The door opens a bag passes to his hand the door closes / another voice shouts out stay by ya phone kid....      Sometimes life surprises us forces to weigh our options Our weakness is our belief in our own stregnth waning then stopping Perspective changes leading us to grow a different way  And i guess thats just a way of viewing Lifes forced change     Months had gone by he now lives in a smaller spot just him n his sister / works for Jeng on a low now, his mother gone and he can’t find time to miss her / but he struggles through his studies now a thing of the past / trying to provide for his sister is making him learn fast / he now knows how to cook crack load straps and pack weed / he works the block like a vet for Jeng but no one knows his steez / it gets deep as time passes and he makes enough money to get out the game / tries to speak to Jeng but he don’t want to hear a thing he says / so one night he takes what Jeng taught him on the creep to send a message / its the key that Jeng provided he uses to get in / Jeng sleeps deep he wakes him with a tap of the forty four / telling him it shouldn’t come to this but he don’t wanna work no more / he retreats in his mind glad he don’t have to take a life / till he sees Jeng reach down he shoots as he sees something rise / he runs knowing his life as he knew it is over only he’s to blame / through his actions, choices and friends hes another forced change.....   Glockz
