Insufferable ll Olivia & Corlan

He wore his usual brown suit but his jacket was unbuttoned and his tie loose. His hair was slightly ruffled and he could see it through his reflection on the window. His blue eyes bright with tears, tears that never fell. He looked relaxed though, watching the poor women through the window, one hand in his front pocket and his shoulders slumping a little. His other hand held his hat to his chest. The usual nurses that passed by didn't bother him like the first few times. They must of figured out that he had some kind of connections with her. He always had a look of a lost puppy, like he didn't know what to do when he left this spot. But they new when he would be taking his leave, when he'd roll back on the balls of his feet as he put his hat on. They smiled before he even turned around, him with the same smile plastered on his face. "Have a safe night, ladies." He told them with a slight head nod before walking over to the exit.

It was going to be curfew soon, Corlan knew he had to get back to the his home. But he also knew that from here to the portal and back to his house, he'd be at least a half hour late. Either he'd stay here, maybe get a hotel or risk it.

It didn't matter though, his head was still a little dizzy from the drinks he had and he really just wanted to sit down. He wouldn't look proper at all, not knowing anyone's name or getting them mixed up. He fixed his hair under his hat as he walked down the sidewalk. The night was cool, quite. As he reached the park, the sounds of crickets became louder. Corlan toke a seat on a bench, in front of the whole set of slides and swings. Thinking about becoming more sober was the only thing that stopped the sounds of the crash to fill his ears again.

What do you think of the Ministry's new laws? Do you think your family {you included}} is safe?

I always wanted my family to be safe, to believe that whatever bad happens, they could be easily reassured. But I also wanted them to be happy and the people who are trying to keep them safe are the ones ruining that. It's like having another set of parents. I have nothing to say about the Ministry but that they should watch what they say and do before they make a bigger mistake, one not even they can handle.
