your feelings about being misgendered by someone else using they/them pronouns for you is inherently valid and reasonable. they/them pronouns are not inherently everyone's pronouns, particularly in the case where the other person does indeed know your pronouns. if they don't know how to use them, they could have always asked you.

Inner communication is difficult. We certainly don't do it much, either. But that doesn't mean that they aren't there.

I always see it as them sleeping.

There's nothing wrong with communicating via notes or texts! It does make it take a bit longer, but I think it's worth it to talk to your head buddies

Your system isn't broken or wrong because you lack internal communication. That's completely normal and fine, and happens a lot for other systems too.
