Bulma knows that Vegeta is jealous because she did exactly the same with him at first, but she just manipulated him because she knew he was strong and could kill or provide protection, she planned keeping him happy, giving him what he wanted and finding his vulnerable, as Goku at first, Oolong and now Wiss, but wasn’t in her plans fall for him, love is not planned no matter how smart you are, I always knew that this had begun Vegebul but now is canon :v
