Chenford Week, Day 8: Season 9 Speculation

It’s dark.

Wherever they’ve been dumped is dark and damp, a basement most likely. Though where that basement is, Tim has absolutely no clue. His brain is only just coming back to consciousness.

The last thing he remembers before the sedative kicked in was reaching for Lucy, and watching their kidnappers put a bag over her head.

His heart races further at the thought of her, and it’s then he realizes she’s been placed behind him. Back to back with their hands tied together.

She’s unmoving, and from this position he can’t tell if she’s alive and still sedated or dead.

“Lucy.” Tim groggily whispers, trying desperately to wiggle his hands free.

It’s no use, the bonds are too tight, but he somehow manages to at least feel for her pulse.

It’s there. Faint but there.

He breathes a small sigh of relief and then tries to get some semblance of where they’ve been taken.

It’s definitely not the hull of a boat — like the one they’d just raid — there’s no sway. The room is small with only one door at the farthest end, but too small to be the basement of a warehouse. So it’s most likely the basement of a safe house.

And that safe house is almost certainly outside of Los Angeles, because there’s no way Heath Everett was dumb enough to stash Tim and Lucy within the bounds of their own city.
