A client with hair down to the middle of her back booked an 8:15pm appointment and the salon closes at 9pm. I'm only gonna say this one time only if your hair touches the middle of your back and you stroll in at 8:15 for your appointment knowing the salon closes at 9pm YOU WILL NOT BE SERVICED! I've been on my feet since 11am doing blowouts with just a round brush and I'm in school full time from 7:45am-3:30pm Monday through Friday do you think I have the energy to stay past my shift because you wanted to be selfish? No and I don't care either some one you clients want to world and when you get it y'all still aren't satisfied so no more staying past my shift either come in early or book another day.
