Ok, so...I donât know if anyone might relate to this or know if thereâs a word for it, but does anyone like to sit somewhere on a staircase when theyâre upset, emotional, meditating, reflecting, just thinking, etc. Like for me, I find myself just sitting on the landing at the top of my stairs a lot to relax or find comfort and I donât know why. Iâll even go hide in the stairwell at work sometimes just to regain focus and clarity if Iâm feeling lost or having a rough day. Is this normal? Does anyone else do this?
