SO EXCITED!! Got my WTF is Tarot book in the mail by ♏️👑 Scorpio Queen @bakaraw, ordered directly from her shop @everyday__magic which I hope to visit one day soon. I heard about Bakara and her book on @wildsoulhealing 's podcast @tarotforthewildsoul which is a MUST LISTEN. Got the @fountaintarot deck listening to Lindsay Mack interview the creators of that as well. I'm so happy to finally dive into the world of tarot through Lindsay's online course. It's been a very healing and very revealing journey so far. And I wouldn't have found Lindsay if it weren't for @betsylefae & @haybethbrooks, two incredibly special women... Thank you all for the work you do!! ✨💜✨

Last night was so much fun! The NYC Astrology Meet-up is the largest monthly gathering of astrologers in NY. It was certainly the largest group I've ever spoken about astrology to! It was such a great experience nerding out with fellow astrologers and being able to teach beginners. Celebrating Venus in Scorpio! ✨♏️🖤♏️✨ Today, Venus entered the sign of Scorpio, 8th sign of the zodiac and will be there until December 1st when she moves into Sagittarius. Venus represents the principle of love, beauty, money, relationships, things of value, and our own values and self worth. As she moves through the zodiac we're asked to examine & experience these principles through the different lenses of the zodiac signs. Now, we're in the underworld, in the deep, dark, swampy waters of Scorpio. Like I've said before, in Scorpio we're prepare for death. We enter the cave, we steep in the swamp, and we experience true, raw, emotion and feeling, all for the purpose of total transformation. Venus in Scorpio teaches us about attracting and repelling. She is her most sensual in Scorpio, and the sultry vixen archetype comes out. She communicates without words, using intense eye contact and body language. With Venus in Scorpio we relate by sharing vulnerabilities, by feeling another person's emotions. Venus doesn't particularly love being in Scorpio to be honest. She's a light hearted and fun loving planet, she likes beauty and symmetry, socializing and relating. In Scorpio she's forced to go deeper than she's used to, confronting things like the occult, messy familial patterning, sexual issues, death and the other dark sides of life. When she emerges into Sagittarius in December, she'll enter the realm of understanding, and will be able to make sense of the muck she encountered in Scorpio. Until then, let the emotions flow, and let yourself feel, freely. The best way to use this energy is to be vulnerable and open with those you feel safe and comfortable with. Share (Venus) your feelings (Scorpio), relish in the depths. It's an important process, so that you can eventually transform that energy into insight and revelation. Had so much fun last night with @spearenate & @anrread at Dixon Place! Nate's performance was amazing, and following that we had a cozy room where I lead a discussion on The USA's Pluto Return, and other upcoming transits. Fun Times Alert! 🚨 Mercury, Venus, Jupiter & Saturn are currently all Retrograde! Yay! Everyone who is a Gemini, Virgo, Taurus, Libra, Sagittarius, Pisces, Capricorn & Aquarius - all of our ruling planets are retrograde. If you're one of these signs and have one of these signs rising, you're in double retro. But regardless of our signs, each of these signs rules a certain area in our charts, which means we'll all be feeling it one way or another. No one escapes this one! But don't fret... Understand this time as a cosmic time out. When this many planets are retro, we're being asked to *slowwww the f down*, and if you don't, the universe will place obstacles in your way until you get the point! Therefore, expect frustrations and delays, expect to have to do things over and over again. Remember : REtrograde brings up those REverbs - rewind, redo, reconsider, reorganize, recover, remember, etc. This will likely be felt on the physical plane - Mercury is retrograde in Taurus which is an Earth sign, so devices may break (especially the devices we use to communicate). On top of that, retrograde Mercury in Taurus is ruled by retrograde Venus in Pisces 🙃. It can be felt in the body - remember this Venus retrograde story is about healing old wounds. Mercury could be bringing you messages on how to heal. I cant even count how many times I've heard about people being sick the past 2 weeks. If this is you - How is this sickness speaking to you spiritually? What lessons can be learned from having to deal with this physical sickness? Many of us aren't aware of how hard we work our bodies until they give in - and that could be coming from emotional stress as well as physical. Take a time out! You practicing self care, being aware of your boundaries and limits, and taking some time off will not cause the world will not end, I promise. Because so few planets are moving in direct motion, this isn't a good time to launch anything new. It is, however, a great time to work on projects that have already begun. Just make sure to triple / quadruple check anything important before it's sent. Double check meeting times. Triple check flight times. Read that email out loud a few t (at Planet Earth)

On #venusretrograde - This retrograde is very much about the healing process. Venus Retro started out ablaze in Aries on 3/4, had a dramatic alignment with the Sun and Earth on 3/25, and tonight plunges back into the cathartic waters of Pisces. There she'll eventually stop again in a meeting with Chiron - a dwarf planet that represents wounds and healing on 4/15. The same day she has a tense conversation with Saturn, planet of limits, set-backs, as well as duty and obligation. This evening, flaming hot Venus in Aries dips back into therapeutic Pisces, where she invites us all to self reflect. In Aries she lit our flames - brought awareness to certain issues. Whether it be through a burn or irritation, a fight or passionate outburst, something came to the surface over the past few weeks. At this moment she stands on the Aries Point - the intersection between personal private, a point of high recognition. Imagine beautiful Aphrodite ablaze at the top of a diving board, slowly tipping over the edge, preparing for a cool-down. In Pisces she gives us a chance to create space to heal old wounds - mostly having to do with past relationships, love, sex, money, and self worth. It's a time to stop projecting and start reflecting. Take this opportunity to heal. A lot of you are feeling this energy, and you'll feel the energy begin to shift when Venus reenters Pisces. We're at the tipping point from Fire into water. Libras and Taurus's (and Libra and Taurus Risings) will feel this especially, as Venus is their ruling planet. So as always - take care. Give yourself time and space to heal, cool your flames, soak, process, reflect. You'll thank yourself for it later (and you should!).
