Predictions for resemblances of Gnosis

So, as many have pointed out so far, gnosis resemble chess pieces. I made some predictions based on some thoughts I have and thought about those we do know a little, too. Though, not too in depth as the focus are unknown gnosis. Venti is the Queen. The piece with the most freedom  of movement. Zhongli is the Rook. The rook seems to move in clear-cut lines with some restrictions. I think Baal may be the Pawn, Since the movement is very limited. She appears to be emotionless and does't make haste. She is always steady, step by step. Have we ever seen her move quickly aside from her attacks? The Pyro Archon may be the Knight. Knights, outside of chess, are connected to war. Somewhat erratic movement. Considering those who have a pyro vision... well. It seems to fit. The Hydro Archon may be the Bishop. 'Purity', as spoken about in the Gem of that element, is connected to religion. Justice, as the general topic for them seems to be, is ambiguous. Is it moral justice, or 'justice' according to old rules from eons ago? (Similar to how one could see the bible) ...Tsaritsa likely would be the King. She'll likely be the Archon we'd face last. And the game ends with a checkmate...

Disease from the Mountains

AN: This is inspired by Albedo’s arc, more specifically the weapon Festering Desire. Overall feelings of this fic: dread with hint of sadness. 1st person POV, narrator helps Albedo with his research. Words: 777

Days upon days, weeks upon weeks, I have been by Albedo's and Zhongli's side.

Though Sucrose has been practically begging to have her help us, the head alchemist declined oh so many times, telling her to take care of little Klee as he is not able to as for now. I was allowed to help, since it is my friend that had been... affected. They were the first. I study the notes of the symptoms once again, as I did so many times before while I ignore the growling and hissing from one of the nearby cells. It has become nothing more but a background noise, even if it still hurts to hear each time. “First symptoms include heightened irratibility of the infected individual, combined with disorientation, which worsens the former mentioned symptom significantly. A slight magenta glow changing the infecteds' eyecolor can be taken note of here. This is very telling of the condition's progress as well, as the magenta overtakes the original color compleatly while it slowly corrupts its host.“ I glance over to the cell, then Zhongli, who is ever so calmly keeping an eye on the cold iron bars reinforced by his own archonic geo power. As he notices my stare, he looks over. I quickly snap my head back to the paper. Only then I notice my hands are shaking heavily and my vision gets blurry. Using my gloves, I wipe away my tears before they can hit the paper. “At some point, said host will loose their control and become nothing more than a ravenging beast, looking to bite and thus infect anyone daring to come close to them. They no longer can tell friend from foe, but seem to retain some emotional connection to those they had considered close before the disease had taken over.“ Interrupted by a loud rattle of bars, my eyes dart to the cells. My friend had once again charged at them in a blinding, consuming rage. However, after all the time which has passed, the attempts of escaping seem to be more lackluster. Perhaps they are slowly using up their energy...? Albedo did say that this disease may be fatal further down the line. I do trust him on that... I turn the page to the additional notes.

“Changes found in archons seem to be more severe and noticeable. As the eyecolor changes, so do features reserved to them. The very tips of their hair, colored as a sign of their power, changes to a magenta hue and may flicker occasionally, as do the symbols on their bodies. Though they do seem to be able to hold back the symptoms such as irritability and bloodlust much better than any mortal, it may shine through occasionally.“ Once again, I look over to the cells nervously. The once cheerful bard locked up in the second one sat in the corner, his purple eyes glaring over at me as I do. His wings tensely sat on his shoulders, ready to give him a boost in case he may see the chance to escape. The clothes he wore when passing as human he abandoned in favor of his archonic ones. Purple taints the symbols on his chest, legs and the ends of his braids. He, too, is far gone. Gone and taken by the disease we've been trying to research. Or rather, Albedo. Zhongli is only here to keep the two contained and give his two coins on the situation every now and again. I am here as a lookout. Warn when anyone else is approaching the research station, up in the coldest mountains, locked in the deepest cavern to prevent anyone stumbling upon this project by accident. It may be cold, but I can light fires well enough. Its for the best, afterall. “However, this comes with a risk. A fully infected archon may try to surpress the symptoms and mimic the behavior of a healthy one so they may go undetected. It is advised to look out for any inconsistencies in the hue of mentioned features, as well as behavior.“ The sound of a glass bottle being set down made me jump and tense up, looking back up once again. Luckily, it only seems to be the head alchemist setting down one of the experimental vials which will be tested on the anemo archon later. He'd be able to take it better than my friend, Albedo reckons. I trust him on that, too... I glance over at Zhongli again, who is still closely observing the cells. He turns to look at me as he notices. For a split second, his eyes flicker over to a magenta.

An other thing I find fun about Inner Greed is that he is the only one who Is the Servamp themself, rather than an other “being” like the other three. Think about it, he really is the blob himself. There is no “other him”. Inner him is he himself.

Vamp!Dazai x Fem!Reader Pt. 2

Back at it again! I’ve been thinking of a plot and the role each included character would be taking! Chapter 1 here!

Chapter 2- Another Encounter Words: 779 Short Summary: You meet the mysterious stranger again, only this time he is accompanied by a glasses-wearing blonde. He messes around a little before leaving once again.

Now, a week later, you find yourself strolling through the dark streets at night again and again. You've stopped being particularly scared of the rumors, having equipped yourself with some simple pepper spray that would surely knock the wind out of anyone trying to do as much as get close to you. Or at least that's what you've told yourself... Would a, let's say, werewolf or vampire react the same way to it the way... non-supernatural beings would? Anyways, that will not stop you from your 'mission'- finding that strange brunette again. Something about his mysterious demeanor pulled you in as much as it scared you... Perhaps it is the sense of danger radiating off the stranger, who avoided telling you his name? Lost in thoughts, you contineu wandering about the dim streets, only to be ripped out of them as you hear some kind of crashing noise from an alley nearby. You stop dead in your tracks, trying to listen for any other sounds coming from there. Only a few seconds after you hear footsteps quickly drawing closer and then a man call out in anger: “Dazai! You won't get out of doing paperwork tonight. Get back here!“ Curiously, you make your way to the alley where you now made out two other sets of quick pased footsteps drawing closer to your end. Just as you turn the corner, a tall figure bumps into you, knocking you to the ground with an “Oof!“. It was promptly followed by the sounds of someone trying to stop running, but failing miserably as they ran straight into the other person, making them stumble. “Eep!“ you quickly roll over to avoid an impending foot in your face. Quickly, you sit up and glace up at the two figures... You recognise the tall brunette to be the omnious guy that had let you back home a week previously. The one with the... fangs. The other one wears professional attire, completed with glasses resting on his nose that reflected the weak streets light and a scowl at the slender man next to him. He seems like he was about to explode, but contains it for your sake, you believe. “Fancy meeting you here, [Y/N]“ the hazel eyed man extends his hand towards you. “Er, hello...“ you hesitantly take it, finding yourself standing in a matter of seconds. As you blinked at him, unsure what to say, he simply smiled at you before turning his head to the blonde, gesturing in your general direction. “This is the lady I've told you about, remember?“ He, in response, sighs “I remember... Is that why you've ran off without a warning?!“ Nodd. “I knew she'd be wandering about these parts at this time... quite a dangerous habit, if you ask me.“ “You could have SAID something. This wasn't part of my shedule!“ The blonde glares, pulling out a notebook with the word 'Ideal' written on it along with a pen. “Kunikida-kun~ Stop being so tense, it's going to give you so so many grey hairs~~“ he chuckles at the angered man, earning a smack with the notebook. You could only stare at the pair in surprise- They've talked about you. And, most of all... what happened to the mysterious aura the brunette had last time? “Ex...cuse me?“ you finally interrupt the two, who are arguring. Or rather, the man called Kunikida scolds the slender dork teasing him. “Ah. Right-“ their heads turn to you and the hazel eyes man contineud on “Sorry for bumping into you, Miss.“ he lightly takes your hand, which you quickly retreat as you are seriously weirded out by the strangeness of the unfolded situation. “I hope you haven't been injured?“ “No but-“ deep breath “I'd like to ask one thing.“ you get back to the topic that was briefly cut into “Why would you talk about me? Was it not like any other... random encounter?“ for some reason, it does bother you. “I'll tell you in due time, don't you worry. For now I'm afraid I'll have to go again~ My dear coworker seems to work himself up a lot by all this loitering~“ he chuckles. “Let's meet again, hmm, [Y/N]?~“ Then, he takes the blonde by his arm and drags him off despite his protests. You look after the odd pair as they disspear behind a corner. Only then you realise... “Argh! I forgot to check for fangs!“ You sigh out of frustration. At least you've heard his name... Dazai was it, right? And what the hell is that 'I'll tell you in due time' about?? Afterwards, you simply walk back home. This small encounter had stolen the rest of your energy.

Vampire!Dazai x Female!Reader

(I felt like writing this, so here you all go! I hope you enjoy it. Female!Reader because I feel my idea fits more with that. Depending on how much feedback I get, I’ll make a part two!)

Chapter 1- First Meeting

“God fucking damnit“ you curse to yourself as you take an other wrong turn.

Having just recently moved, you of course weren't familiar with the area as much as you'd like to.

On this day, however, it became quite the problem.

Originally this was supporsed to be a simple trip to a nearby grocery store. It was easy enough to get there with the help of your phone and the soon to be setting sun shining it's light onto the streets.

However, the sun set as you were inside and your phone died along with it, leaving you with no option to acquire information to get home safely.

No sane soul wandered these streets as it got dark since it was rumored a group of vampires have made theirselves into this city. They're hiding in alleys, waiting for prey, so the citizens murmur amongst themselves. Those that dared to show themselves on the street at such a time avoided other beings like the plague with a glint of fear in their eyes.

And now, you wander through the darkness as a lone lost soul, unknowing which turn to take, where to go. “Damnit!“ An other quiet curse made its way out of your mouth, marked by the growing concearn for your own safety. You were in no shape to defend yourself, even less so against a vampire. To them, you'd be easy prey.

The thought makes you shiver.

Only they were soon interrupted by a 2nd pair of footsteps fast approaching.  “H-hello?“ you call out whilst turning to the source only to scream out of surprise, taking a step back in the process. Not only was this stranger towering over your small, helpless form, but he was way too close for your liking. You stare up at his chestnut hair framed face, your heart threatening to escape your chest as he chuckles at your startled reaction.

“Fufufufu~ Aren't we a scaredy cat?“ just as you were about to protest, he talked again while his hazel eyes looked down on you.

“My my, what might a lady like you be doing out this late? Haven't you heard there are vampires around?“

Despite your better judgement, you answer him out of hope he'd help you, uncertainty leaking out of you with every word 

“I... got lost on the way home... I'm new around here“

“Ohhh, a newbie, I see“ he nodded to himself before extending his right hand to you, which made you take an other step back as a safety measure. “How about I take you home safely, Miss? It'd be a shame if something were to... happen to you“

“Uhm-“ he smiled softly at you, waiting for an answer “S-sure“ you stuttered out, lightly grabbing onto the sleeve of his coat. You were not about to hold a stranger's hand, even if you were putting some trust into him by having him lead you home.

“Where do you live?“

You caught yourself before you spilled the adress. It'd be way safer to have him lead you to the general area instead “I live near the main street connected to the park. If you lead me there, I'd be able to find my way home easily.“

He smirked down at you “You don't trust easily... that's good, considering how many might take a liking to you and how defenceless you are“

You responded with a frown, averting your eyes from him “Just... please take me home, sir“

After a simple “Alright~“, he led you back to your area. However, you've only seen your new area during the day, so making out where exactly you were going was difficult to say the least. Luckily, you do recall some buildings and the last turn you'd have to take to your apartment. “Before we part, may I know your name?“ he asked in a sweet tone.

“It's [Y/N]-“ you were interrupted  before you could ask for his by him gently grabbing your hand and planting a kiss on it, then smiling at you.

“See you soon, [Y/N]~“

And in the blink of an eye, he dissapeared into the darkness. You blinked before slowly turning and making your way home. “See you...soon...?“

His choice of words was omnious...

and as he smiled at you, you swear

you could see a pair of sharp canines just barely sticking out.

Tsubaki’s flames (SPOILERS)

So uh, that flame stuff Tsubaki has?

We’ve seen how one more has been added after Freya’s jin released. This made me finally realise that the flames correspond to the amout of Servamps whose jin were released (by Tsubaki himself) But, you ask, how come it’s 6 flames? 1 Kuro  2 Old Child 3 Jeje 4 Freya 5 Hyde  6  Ildio

The bolded and cursive names are the ones attacked, right?

So shouldn’t it be 4 flames?

Nah, my theory is he started out with 2.

2 like the amout of TAILS his fox form has.

This also makes me think that his fox form might now have 6 tails instead of 2.

There’s 3 siblings left over, so...... 6 + 3 = 9

9 Tailed Kitsune.

Tsubaki might be planning on breaking Jeje and Old Child aswell, even if the latter is clearly on his side. It’s for powers sake.

However, that doesn’t go well with his “not betraying” ideal, right? Well, maybe it’s only for his subclasses, not his siblings...

We don’t know jack about what Mikuni is planning. But I imagine that as Jeje’s eve, he forces him to cooperate. I suspect Mikuni really doesn’t care about Jeje, as much as we’d love to believe he does.

[This is my first time writing an OT3, so I'm sorry if it is not that good! However, I put all my heart into this, which is part of the reason why it had been delayed so so long!... I originally was aiming for a little scenario with 500 words... but now its 1.5k words since I got into it too much] KuroSakuMahi Cooking Summary: As Mahiru left to buy groceries, Sakuya decides to cook something for him with Kuro. This goes wrong as the food began to get overcooked, resulting in a big mess...

“It's time to buy some groceries again,“ Mahiru announced “does anyone want to come with me?“ His eyes glanced over to Kuro and Sakuya, who were currently sitting on the couch. Without glancing up from his phone, the servamp mumbled out a “Nah, I'll pass.“, followed by the other vampire answering with a “I don't feel like going today, sorry Mahi.“ The brunette nodded, having expected their reactions. “Alright, I'll be back soon!“ As the keys were picked up, the sound of the keychains clanking together filled the apartment, shortly before the thud of a closing door. Then, the usual silence fell onto the two remaining males, with only the low noise of the TV and occasional beeps from a game disturbing it. Bored, the shorter one's eyes dart around the room, bouncing his leg slightly as he tried to come up with something to keep himself occupied with, something that'd be more interesting than the show. He finally broke the silence “Hey, Kuro“. The blue haired vampire lets out a short “Mrrp?“ “We should cook something“ Red eyes look up from the phone. “...Why?“ “Oh-“ The subclass gestured. “Usually, Mahi cooks, so wouldn't it be great to surprise him for once?“ Without skipping a beat he replied “Yeah, you do that... I'm busy.”, then returning to his phone, only to have it ripped out of his hands by the excited green haired boy. “It'll be fun~“ The two look at each other for a moment. “Don't you want to see him smile when he comes home when food is already on the table~?“ Sakuya asked. This finally got the lazy boy to rethink. “...Fine,“ he sighed, slowly raising himself off the couch, “What are we making?“ “Hmm...“ he put his hand to his chin “... We should check the fridge to see what's left...“ His hand grabbed the servamp's hand, dragging him into the kitchen in a fast pace. He then opened said fridge, peering inside, as well as the tired vampire next to him, who soon spoke up “Might be enough for hamburger steak...“ A quiet gasp left the Sakuya's lips “Oh, that's perfect! Surprising him with his favorite food... he's going to be so happy!“ he smiled to himself. “Then, let's get started!“ They both set up everything, putting all the tools they'll need on the kitchen counter as well as the ingredients, washing their hands before doing so. “Sooo...“ the blue haired vampire dragged out his words “What will I be doing? I never really cooked...“ The subclass blinked at him, pausing for a moment, before saying “You can turn them once they're in the pan, I'll take care of the rest“ He was met with a short “Okay“ before Kuro grabbed his phone, playing on it idly as he was waiting on his cooking partner to finish up his part. After a short while, the green haired boy was done, quickly announcing that and putting the first batch into the pan before working on making more. However, the Servamp was far too gone into his game, not really paying attention to what is to soon be burned on the stove. It was just when the burnt smell arose that the boys realized what is happening. A hand reaches for the patties inside, grabbing one only to drop it because of the heat, the hand being pulled away along with the whole pan off, both of them jumping back as it hits the floor with everything it contained, staining the area around it with the oil and fallen apart patties. They stared at the mess, then at each other, until finally the taller one spoke up with guilt striking his face “... Sorry... about that“ With that, he backed away a bit. “Is... your hand okay?“ His counterpart breathed in air sharply, just then realising how it stung and looking at the burn, which luckily was a minor one “Yeah, it should be fine, I'll run it under cold water... Can you grab the cleaning supplies?“ Turning around, the servamp gave a nod, walking towards the cupboard with said supplies. A door creaks open, followed by keys jingling as they are put down onto the table again and a familiar voice calls out “Hey guys, I'm home!“ Footsteps approach the kitchen, following the noise of running water. Both vampires freeze up and look towards the entrance, where Mahiru now stood looking into the kitchen. A moment of silence follows, until he spoke up “Hey, what happened?“ They look at each other, then back at the brunette, with a look of guilt. “We... thought we'd cook for you... but it went down hill...“ the subclass admitted, the other nodded. “You were trying to cook for me?“ A sweet smile spread across the human's face. “That's so sweet of you!“ He then added “Maybe I could help?“ “Er-“ They were both taken aback a bit, not expecting such a bright reaction. “...You helping out wasn't really... part of the plan.“ The green haired vampire rubbed his neck “But I guess the surprise is blown anyways...? So, uh, sure, it'd be nice cooking with you...“ Mahiru scanned over the kitchen. “We should probably clean first... Kuro had the supplies already, didn't he?“ They turned around to find said boy sneaking out of the kitchen leaving the supplies behind. He looked back at them slowly and spoke. “I probably shouldn't help anyways... I'd be in the way.” The Servamp explained in a low tone. The brunette blinked at him before giving him a reassuring smile. “You wouldn't... now come back here, it really would be nice to do all of this together.” As soon as he came back, Mahiru helped the two of them clean up before going back to cooking. He briefly looked over everything done already, smiling a bit more “This is hamburger steak, right?“ Both vampires nodded, taking in the beautiful smile shining on Mahiru's face. “I see we'd still need something to go with it. How about we grate some raddishes? I happened to buy some.“ Sakuya's hand briefly shot up “Oh! Can I do that?“ “Of course!- Wait, is that a burn on your hand?“ He reached to take the injured finger gently, inspecting it. “It's nothing bad, really!“ The subclass protested to no avail as the brunette promptly pulled a small band-aid box out of one of the cupboards. “I'd still like to put a band-aid on it... you might bump into it, only hurting your finger more.“ He once again reached for the finger, carefully wrapping it around the vampire's finger. As soon as he was done, he started. “Well now that that has been taken care of, Kuro,“ The brunette gestured over to the already formed patties of hamburger steak. “We'll be in charge of cooking them in the pan.“ As his eyes looked over to the servamp, he nodded slightly, scooting closer to the pan and looking at it with an uncertain expression. In just a moment, new patties sizzled away in the pan, watched by the two currently in charge of them as the green-haired boy next to them washed the radishes and finally grating them. A wonderful smell spread across the kitchen once more as the patties slowly gained their color. The human spoke up again after a little more time of watching the pan. “We should turn them now.“ He said as he grabbed the spatula and handing it to Kuro, who hesitated before trying to turn the patties. However, in the process a scratching sound uncomfortable enough to make the handler cringe is made. “Ah-“ Mahiru put his hand over the vampire's. “You shouldn't apply that much pressure on it... the patty will lift off the pan easily.“ The brunette instructed while leading his hand, gently flipping the patties one by one like this “See?“ Looking at the blue haired boy, who was now even closer to him, he gave a gentle smile. “...Okay, thanks Mahiru.“ A slight blush spread across his cheeks, a spark in his eyes with nothing else really telling how he felt about being taught like this... For the rest of the patties, Kuro was left with the responsibility of flipping them. This time around, he paid attention to those instead of his phone, so they turned out well. Maybe a tiny bit burnt here and there, but overall good. Soon, the three of them set up the table with food and sat down. Just before taking the first bite as the two vampires glaced over to him with anticipation, Mahiru spoke in a happy tone “It was so sweet of you to make me food,“ The teen disregarded the part where he helped completely, taking a bite before continuing on “And it taste’s good, too!” __________________________________________________ @mahi-does-some-art
