“Uh….” Simba vocalized as he looked at his back before turning his head back to Tinkerbell. “Last time I checked I couldn’t but I guess I can learn and besides, how hard can it be? Zazu does it all the time.” the cub smiled as he stood up to his full height. “What do we do first?”

"Well first you'll need this since you dont have wings" she flew above him for a few moments, covering him with her dust "there, now think of the happiest thing, and remember, Faith, Trust and Pixie dust will make you fly!" she did a little twirl in the air as she said it.

"Yeah, sure there are a lot of us, we dont generally come here though, nor to Neverland, i've gone off on my own though, well, i've gone off to be with Peter. you see we have our own place, Called Pixie's Hollow." she said "that brings me to another thing, we arent little people with wings, we're Fairies or Pixies."

“Oh thank you!” she replied with a giggle.  “I am very fond of singing…”  Giselle maintained her bright smile, but her expression suddenly changed to curiosity as she tilted her head to the side and looked again at Tinkerbell.  “What are pirates?  They must be very nice if they like to sing too!”

"NICE?! are you kidding me!? they're awful! they mainly just sing a pirate's life for me and have Captain Hook boss them about, and he is definitely NOT nice!"

"Well, i guess it is something that's more a thing for kids, you see, its because mainly kids are the only ones that still believe in magic, so then, they can fly!" she smiled, then listened "i still dont understand why tears are worth anything at all?"

Simba’s ears perked up in interest as the tiny fairy spoke about this ‘Neverland’. “That place does sound kinda cool an’ stuff. Is it nearby?” the cub inquired as he took a small step forward trying to look for it. “Can we go?” he asked the fairy. His curiosity rising by the minute wanting to go on another adventure.

"Of course we can go! it's my favorite place to be! Its the second star to the right," she smiled "so yeah, it should be fine, all we need to do is fly there. You can fly cant you?"

Announcing Characters and Fables Prom!

This is an alternate universe event set in modern day. Each character participating can come up with modern day headcanons in the time leading up to the event. They can be a part of the prom in any way! Whether they be a teacher, a student, or anything else you can come up with, they can be a part of the prom.

The prom will be an event on May 11th starting at 6pm EST. Participants can arrive whenever they wish. The event will run as long as people wish to stay.

Participants can post their outfits for the event, as well! Just tag candfprom so we can all see them. This is not a requirement to be a part of the prom.

This is open to members and affiliate role players at C&F!

“Pirates…” She replied quietly, looking down. “Terrifying people, they are…They try to get mermaid tears for something…So they’re always on the look out for us. And dust…? Dust makes you fly? I have never heard of that…”

Tink didnt understand "Well those mustn't have been the ones i know, i dont like Pirates either, the ones in Neverland only shoot Cannon Balls at me and Peter though" she thought about what the mermaid had said "and what use are your tears? but yes, Pixie Dust can make you fly, you know the rhyme; Faith Trust and Pixie Dust . . . ?"

“Oh hello!  I’m Giselle!” the redhead said as she bent down to look at the fairy.  “Oh my, you are very beautiful,” she added with a smile and a gentle shake of her head.

Tink grinned at the woman, she didnt often get compliments, seeing as she spent most of her time with the Lost Boys and Peter "Thank you!" she did a little twirl "and you're pretty too! i heard you singing a while ago, it didnt sound like anything i've heard from the Mermaids, the Pirates or the Indians, it was different and really pretty"

"Yeah you got that right." the cub muttered under his breath as he watched her twirl around in front of him. Simba then tilted his head to one side in interest as his curiosity was piqued at the mention of the word 'Neverland'. "Neverland? I've never heard of a place like that before."

"It''s the best place EVER!" she grinned "There's the Mermaid Lagoon, the Indian Camp, Skull Mountain and a lot more, but the best place is the Hide-away-tree-house of Peter's where all the Lost Boys are!"

Anita got on her boat. She was very surprised and happy when Roger gave it to her. Anita decided he had figured out she needed a little more alone time, and she was grateful. She began to read as the waves drifted her off to sleep. She woke up to the boat crashing against the shore of an island. There was a tiny bright light in front of her, and she squinted at it but couldn’t make out what it was. “Hello?”

Tink couldn't believe what she was seeing, there was a woman, on a boat, in Neverland. She looked at the woman, Tink was only the size of the woman's hand, she was used to seeing Hook and the Indians which were fully grown, but never a pale fully grown woman. "Hi" she said "I'm Tinkerbell, who are you? and how'd you get to Neverland?"

Simba blinked in surprise as he stared at the creature before him. Maybe he’d been out in the sun for far too long to the point where he was starting to hallucinate. Raising a paw, the cub poked it to make sure he was awake. “Uh, my name’s Simba.” he answered as he sat up. “It’s nice to meet you Tink, I never met a talking bug before.”

"HEY!" she said as he poked her "Don't poke me! and i'm not a bug! i'm a fairy, from Neverland to be more specific" she smiled and did a twirl "and Simba, i don't suspect you'd ever have met someone like me!"

Tink giggled like a chime of bells “His name’s Peter Pan” she smiled, excited to be talking about him again “Well, he’s got Red-Brown hair and brown eyes, he can fly, but he doesnt have wings, he has a pan-flute and a dagger on his belt and he wears a green top, pants and hat with a red feather in it. i’ve been missing him for a very long time now, and i dont know what to do with out him.” she sighed “But have you got anyone like Peter? A companion?”

“I-…” Syrena bit her lip. Was the boy she was speaking of a pirate? Maybe it was rude to ask since she seemed so interested in this Peter… “I have not…But I have met humans before…Not any that can fly without wings though!”

"Well" Tink said, focusing on the boulder in the lagoon she was standing on "You see, he is not so much a human any more, i found him when he was small, and he never wanted to grow up, so we went to Neverland together, kids cant grow up there, you see, and how he looks to be about 12, but that;s just because he visits here so much and so he keeps aging whenever we visit." she said, looking at the mermaid "and the only reason he can fly is because he sends so much time around me and my dust that it's become a part of him, but i dont know what'll happen when he is away from it for too long, we've never been separated like this before."

"But what type of humans have you met?"
