“Hm, well, Unova’s a big region.” Rino shrugged. “It would have been fun if I’d known you were there, but missing each other is possible.”

Besides, he and Sebastian had planned out where they’d gone. Maybe it would have happened if they’d just wandered around enough… Ah, well. No point in thinking too much about it now, right?

“Anyway…” Rino grinned and quirked an eyebrow. “You been sweeping everyone off their feet with your shows? Or have you gotten yourself caught up in anything else lately?”

“Yeah, been sweeping off the best audience off their feet!” Rachel joked with a smirk, “But honesty? Lately, there’s not much, I guess?” She shrug, gesturing if he’s okay to sit down with her, “I meant, the last time I caught myself in, the UDS--uh the studio I’m teaching at, tried to trick me into trying these...pole things?”  

Rachel blushed, just thinking about that. That, is another story to tell and she rather not to think of it. It’s...embarrassing to say, and it will be locked away somewhere at the back of her mind, not that it wasn’t that bad, just hilariously bad. Beside, it was for the sake of UDS after all! Even if she even liked it.

Just a little bit.

“Yeah, then you could just conjure me up some food or something, right?” Rino teased, snorting. After a moment, he added, “Anyway – oh, really? My boyfriend and I recently came back from a trip to Unova, too. It’s nice going back to old places and just taking it slow sometimes.”

Funny coincidence, how that had worked out. Granted, Rino had already asked Sebastian to hang out with one of his friends while they’d been there… Anyway, they were both back in Kalos now, so maybe Rino would try to come to a few more of the dancer’s shows.

She laughed at the former he mentioned, and raised her brows at the latter. “Seriously? We would have cross-path, if that had happened!” 

Well, if she did knew he came to her home region, she would give a quick-tour, but again, she hadn’t touch her holocaster (she kept forgetting to check the news and stuff lately) been visiting a lot to the people she haven’t seen in the while. Part of her was just to see them, and part of her wanted to feel like a old good trainer as before. Being a professional when comes to dance is fun, but teaching? Risky, she knew.

Oh, the costume was so bad that it traumatized your Pokémon? Sounds like a good story~ :D

“That good story happens to make it worse and hilarious at once. My cousin really laughed when she saw Howard looking horrified and confused that I was someone and not,” She put two fingers up in the air to make quote marks, “Myself! ....The truth is my cousin was the one who brought that costume and it was supposed to be a dare, but that’s another story to tell, one day!”

“Oh, so you have become a magician as well as a dancer, then?” Rino replied, laughing. “And what other way could I greet you besides puns? Now tell me how life’s been.”

It had been a little while, hadn’t it? But Rachel seemed to be in a good mood, and Rino assumed that she was doing fairly well. Catching up with people was always nice, anyway.

“You wish I was a magician,” Rachel chuckles, and shrug when she continued, “Life’s pretty the same but it’s slow, been visiting my dad for a while, and sort of catching up with old folks back in Unova, you know? And usual day at work, what about you?” 

It was true, she had been gone to visit her dad a week ago, and had walked around Unova to visit old faces when she was still a mere trainer. Then of course coming back here to meet by work, full of new possible choreographs and new dancers coming this year.

“You...I had done that like few years back?” She smiles sheepish, but her eyes tell you she’s sorry. 

“....Mostly because my actual herdier? You know? He is tramuatized by the sight of that costume my friends back in Unova brought for me as a dare.” She laughed awkwardly, remembering that memory.

You should dress up as a Spinda for Halloween, Rachel! Then you could Teeter Dance all day~

“....You know, I was worried for a second that Spinda was a different word in my mind, but then I see you, Anon, pun’d this. I don’t know if I should, or not? Who knows?”

But...a Spinda jacket would be nice...
