‘The Hanging Tree' - The Hunger Games a cappella cover
Hi friends, so during quarantine I’ve been focusing a bit more on music, and I recently did this a cappella cover of ‘The Hanging Tree’ from The Hunger Games. What do you guys think?

Hey fitblr/healthblr friends!
I wanted to let you all know about an app I’ve been using for years that has really helped me on my health journey! It’s called Achievement, and it basically pays you for doing things like working out and eating healthy!
There’s no catch - it’s completely free. Basically, you sync it to other fitness apps and devices you use, like Fitbit, Apple Watch, or Myfitnesspal (plus a ton of others). When you log your food or track exercise or steps, Achievement gives you points. For every 10,000 points you rack up, you get $10! You can also earn points by doing surveys and reading articles about health.
You’re not going to get rich off of it (I only get $10 once every couple months or so) but it’s a nice little incentive to stay on track.
The reason I’m sharing is because if you use my referral link any time through Sunday, July 26, we’ll both get an extra 600 points added to our accounts!
I highly recommend this app - it’s legit, I’ve never had issues with getting paid or anything. I also don’t get anything out of sharing this other than the 600 points lol. I’m not affiliated with the company in any way.
Let me know if you decide to try it out!

you’re not a failure just because you’re not where you thought you’d be by now
if you wouldn’t go outside and shoot an owl you shouldn’t use rodenticides

OP has probably explained this more fully as I understand they are also a science communicator but it seems to be way up in the notes and not getting reblogged.
Poisoned rats don't just die immediately. They keep moving. And when they start to weaken, they make easy prey for owls or large cats. Who will also ingest the poison and die.
There are ways of removing pests that don't take out entire food chains; please reconsider your options.
This is important! My cat almost died because he caught a rat that was poisoned. We had to take him to the vet every day for dialysis for WEEKS because his kidneys were failing! Luckily he pulled through but it was so heartbreaking.
