Update* A massive thank you to everyone so far - I am moved by your kindness, generosity and well wishings. The hospital bill so far has reached $4000 and she still needs to remain in the ICU under close watch. So far $690 has been raised. Every donation helps, thank you! The image of Cleo is on day 7 after her accident. She has been making steady progress each day with some assistance in ambulating for evacuative reasons from the veterinary medical staff at RSPCA who were playing ambient spa music for her today :) It appears the neurological deficit in her left hind leg is diminishing and she's no longer knuckling her paw. We're now waiting to see how she continues to heal in her internal digestive organs and into using her left hind leg over the next two weeks. Cleo has been on methadone since admission and only today they've began to slightly reduce the dosage - hence her pupils aren't as dilated as previously.
