Leaders? As in Role Models? As in put into the media and well known? As in Gary Yourofsky, Peter Singer, Nick Cooney (I use the word role models loosely) Dr. Best, Andrew Krischner, Michel Budkie, Captain Watson? Not only did I specifically say ROLE MODELS as in people who are famous in the ar movement, I even already pointed out AR is predominately women, I used those exact words. In these two sentences all you said that there was women working in AR, yes, we run practically the whole fucking movement. Like I already had said. And then questioning what I was saying, like I'm the one not making sense here because, ogosh obviously there are female aras everywhere!
Now what was the subject of my paragraph? That women are not elevated to the same status as the few men that are out there even though there are much more of us!
And here you come running in, Oh but I know women are working in AR in Australia! And then you try to cover yourself with, well I know this ONE prominent woman, if she even is. The men I rattled off are well known throughout the circles, have their speeches passed along, quotes passed along, their own tv shows. They're paid to talk.
