The judge who dismissed it even said it was a harsh sanction but that there was no other choice. It has nothing to do with Ronaldo. He was never found not guilty. It never went to trial. It never got past the earliest stages of litigation. She could get another lawyer and try again because there was no final judgment on the merits.
