we saw our grandma for the first time in ~6 years!! her favorite activity is 4 hours of uninterrupted small talk, which dysregulated us and made us dissociate like crazy. also being around our other family members didn't help

This is a bit of a heavier one but we couldn’t stop thinking about that nightmare. Navy wrote a bit more, and because they have rather closed off emotions they kept us from crying or worse which….i can appreciate.

I'm shocked by the amount of people that've seen my comic diary already! Thank you for stopping by and I'm glad my entries can resonate with you. I'm still figuring myself out, especially as a newly discovered system. Learning to accept it in therapy will take a while for me but I feel a lot of support from my loved ones and fellow systems alike.
