VEGETARIANS OR VEGANS HELP

Hiya! I am considering going vegetarian and this time I want to do it for life as I rarely eat meat anyways. I always feel badly when I eat meat and when I look at pictures of animals. I just can't seem to keep with it and it is frustrating. Can I get any feedback on how to stick with it? (I know animals, planet, and stuff) but how do you keep doing it after all this time?
