Oh my god I thought this blog was dead I’m sorry
I mean, I’m not actively posting anymore. It was only for the duration of time in which I was working for three consecutive youth theaters, all of whom thought doing Horton Hears a Who was a good idea. I still see a little flurry of reblogs/likes/criticisms every once in a while.
I wonder about the genes that came forward in the grinch. Are they recessive, or dominant? What caused them to come forward in only one baby? Do they normally eliminate the babies that look like him? Is there a Sparta-like pit filled with the bones of dead grinch babies?
Whoville clearly doesn't have a standing army, because why the hell else would you send an army of kids into battle against an army with an apparent over abundance of mines.
When it rains in Nool, does it mean sudden and torrential flooding for Whoville? If so, what kind of death count are we looking at? I don't see a whole lot of relief efforts working out with their tenuous political structure.

The Whos most be an allusion to God for Horton. Only he can seem to hear them, and everyone else wants to condemn him for hearing the voice. This whole play is just Christianity, isn't it?

Who funerals must be ghastly. Every eulogy would rhyme! And actually be called a Whology!

I can just imagine the Mayor and wife sitting next to JoJo in his hospital bed. 51 weeks into his coma, they have finally decided to pull the plug. It is a horrid affair, with tears a'plenty. They pull the plug, and as his vitals flatline, he lets out a pathetic, "Yopp".
These animals are really cruel to literally travel miles and miles just to rescue Horton from a circus, only to condemn him to a lifetime in a criminally insane asylum. And really, you all can admit he's insane, but need to burn his clover too? Bastards.
Do the Whos pay taxes? What kind of jobs would they even do? There's like, 13 of them.
