Males can be insecure of their bodies too

When it comes to body image issues, it seems as if the center of attention is on females only. Efforts in making women realize that they are beautiful even if they are not skinny commonly circulate in the internet. But is seems as if the males are becoming forgotten. The males have their insecurities too. They have problems concentrating on things too because they are thinking of their bodies. They fear gaining weight too. They limit their food intake too.

We must not just focus on improving the body image of the women. We have to point our efforts toward improving the body image of everyone.
