Simple 161 Calorie Lunch
(Without toast itās 121!)
Youāll need:
3oz boneless chicken, diced
1 cup of Swansonās 100% natural beef broth
2 green onion stalks, chopped
OPTIONAL: 1/2 slice of bread, toasted (I used orowheat Italian!)
How to make it:
Heat your broth at a low temperature
Cut your defrosted chicken
Raise the temperature and cook until chicken is nearly done
OPTIONAL: Toast a half slice of bread
Add your chopped green onions and cook till complete
Enjoy!

šš» If you have a uterus then unfortunately we will have a slight pudge. Not too noticeable at all! But if you somehow do notice it, please know itās your organs.
šš» Society really only notices the stereotype Ana aka Ultra mega thin, young teen girl who had friends, a stable home, etc.
šš» Restricting for one day isnāt going to make you skinny overnight. This is a long ass journey, but itās worth it.
šš» You need to understand that some of the thinspo you compare yourself to could be 1. A different body type 2. Not your height.
šš» Bitching & moaning about not seeing results wonāt help you. Itāll only make you more sad & usually results to a binge.
šš» Donāt like what someone posts such as their diets and tips??? THEN DONT LOOK. Itās that simple. Who wants to be judged when this could be their only outlet. Youāre ruining it for them.

friendly reminder that strawberries are only around ~4 cal a piece and taste like heaven. if youāre going to binge, binge on strawberries
also raspberries are 1 cal each so you could eat a whole container but only have around 35 cal
