I danced and the video was such poor quality 🤣🤣🤣 It will be artistically out of focus.
Been trying to upload the originals, InFocus but poor sound quality.
It's not new.
It's the OG
The original diet. Simply and not processed.
If the food structure is local, affordable or farmed then it's going to be healthy.
If imports are cheaper and ultra processed foods get dominance in a population. Trouble is afoot.

The Old LandLord story.
We all returned to the building when the old landlord resumed his tenancy on the lease. This carried on til May of this year. He had quietly repainted and refurbished his business with new staff coming as going as usual. Then on the 3rd of May, we were informed that the lease had changed hands and that the new landlords email was our point of contact.
The next day we met her.
No fanfare, no ceremony.
Quite crafty really and very smooth. To say I was shocked would be an understatement, but I have heard of corporate moves as fast as this before. (Wont go into the legal stuff, too boring, suffice to say, loose arrangements are easy to step away from, 2 get to stay a while but 2 get to go in a few months).

At last I am free.
Well not quite exactly.
Just after lockdown I arrived at work to find the door locked and an eviction notice on the door. I waited for my then landlord to arrive because it didn't make sense, especially as I'd paid my rent for my sublet of my treatment room.
I rang my landlord and he arrived. I kept him company whilst ringing my clients to cancel my appointments. I was numb and uncomprehending. Something was not right.
I rang the eviction agents and told them my stuff was in the building and how long would I have to wait for their return. They would not respond. I contacted the freeholder as he had been a client of mine previously. He told me, he'd like a meeting with all us subletters without the landlord. He revealed that my landlord had defaulted on the rent and there was no other choice but to take the building back. Then he kindly offered to leave the building to us. At the time none of us wanted that responsibility.
To be continued....
The landlord leaseholder said he didn't know what was going on and he was really sorry.
Last wednesday I went to pick up my prescription. No Premarin HRT. On visiting 3 other pharmacists still no joy. I'd been wanting to stop talking it for some time and after 3 days my dream came true.drunk
The Sunday I had friends come to visit. I'd drunk too much and got the worst hangover ever. I think the HRT masked the effects of my bad habits over the years. Now I was in my feelings and discomfort more.
My headache became a sense of brain fog over the following days, where colours change to shades of grey. I had this feeling before, it lasted 1 year, this is what drove me to HRT in the first place. This time I have to confront it. No HRT but...
Step 1. Organic oil of Evening Primrose.
Step 2. A bit of structured exercise 3 times a week. I'm using "Our Parks" Couch to Fitness. Reached week 4.
Step 3. Daydreaming about dancing whilst my Achilles tendon is shitty but slowly strengthen.
Step 4. Started having breakfast again and normalising smaller portions with more protein.
Step 5. More fruit in the house.
Step 6. Adding micro meditations to my week.
Small changes I hope will overcome the grey.
Got this message.
I'll do better
Life is too complicated.
I remember cheese and butter sold from a marble slab.
Weighed for you.
It would be cut and wrapped in grease proof paper and put in a brown paper bag.
Fish was put in newspaper or large sheets of paper.
Then the plastic came.
The feeling of being in community can not be bettered.
It's warm, safe, comforting, challenging too.
Challenging like leaning away from mother to fail into aunty.
From love to love right.
Remembering who you are before you became you.
