Macaronneuse is an aesthetic examination of the baking process of the increasingly popular Parisian macaron. A delicate yet deceptively complicated pastry, the macaron takes much longer to bake than our short film makes it out to be, but the process of making these sugary pastel jewels is mesmerizing to watch.
