It's ironic how when I stopped trying to lose weight it just happened and now I'm at a place I never saw my self at but I'm happier than ever. I eat what I want when I want and have learned to control my urges. To everyone suffering right now, there is a way out. It's not the same way for everyone so it might take a long time of self reflection but if you work on it, you'll see a change in the way you see yourself.

One thing that I’ve noticed helps when you’re in the middle of a depressive episode and your room/space gets really messy is to pick one area and clean it as much as you can.
For me in my dorm, my bed would always get cluttered with clothes and such. I would give myself about 5 minutes to just clear it and put all my clothes away and I would instantly feel a little better just having a clean bed to lay on. Sometimes it can help you feel motivated to keep cleaning, but even if it doesn’t it’s still achieving something when you’re feeling down, and that can help more than it seems!
