Today, please take a moment to pray for these struggling families. Pray for access to clean water in their own villages—water that won’t cause sickness or spread disease and parasites.

2 years ago I gave money to a fundraiser a good friend was doing through Charity:Water for her 25th birthday. Then I didn’t think much more about it.

Now seeing the results, that was one of the coolest things ever!

this is where they cook all the food at the orphanage - the water they use to cook with is at the bottom of the picture.  be thankful for the water you have today, even if its tap water (which we tend to act like is so terrible).  if your heart is really moved to help, you can contact me about making a donation to this orphanage - they’re currently in the process of raising money to get clean water.  merci.

This September, we’re celebrating charity: water’s birthday by making a big impact in one country—Rwanda. The people here overcame the darkest time in their history, and together, rebuilt their nation. Now, they’re working to give clean water to everyone. Help us raise $1.7 million to give clean water to every community in the Shyorongi and Ngoma sectors.
