my graduating advice to current and future ad students
finally graduating from ad school
the initial shock
the inevitable hugs
the even more inevitable booze
finishing with the challenging walk back home
trying to finish up any remaining work during the last few days of the quarter
when i see all my friends landing jobs
getting called in for an interview
trying to participate in morning meetings before i've had my coffee
thanks Consti for the gif!
when my partner and i are in the heat of an all-nighter
reminiscing old ad school memories
realizing graduation is this week
finally getting a response after sending out endless job emails
halfway through work on friday
when someone asks me why i chose a career in such a tough industry
after hearing someone say they expect to make 150k right out of ad school
when the budget for a fun campaign gets cut
when the client likes everything we presented but still wants more "options"
the results of an agency diet
