TIHC: Introduce yourself.

JL: Hey, my name Julia Miriam Lang. I was born in Africa, raised in Germany and now finally live in New York which was always my biggest dream. Blessings.

TIHC: There’s word around town that you launched a new website, what happened?

JL: YES, after successfully running my blog www.geeksndfashion.com ,I felt like it’s time for a change since I’ve changed a lot too through out all these years. My new website which is www.JMLjournal.com and which I am very proud of just relaunched. My new site and I are now represented by socialyte.co under NYLON Magazine. Other than still posting my personal style, I am also featuring other influencers and all the beautiful places that New York holds.

TIHC: How did Geeksndfashion change your life?

JL: It made me become a workaholic. It made me travel more than ever in my whole life and meeting all these talented people is a gift itself.

TIHC: How’s your transition to New York so far?

JL: I couldn’t be any happier. Other than the fact that my family is way too far now, the energy that NYC is showing me is simply unreal in the most positive way ever. I love this city so much and the universe is sending me all that love straight back.

TIHC: Favorite breakfast food?

JL: My everyday breakfast isn’t something to be proud of, Haaa. I am NOT a morning person. Every morning is a huge mess and I am always in a rush so black coffee and a fiber granola bar on the subway for me. Haaa.

TIHC: Define your style in 3 words.

JL: Clean. High End. Sporty.

TIHC: How many languages do you speak?

JL : Two. German and English.

TIHC: What can we expect in the future of JML?

JL: So much exciting projects to announce but I want to wait a little longer to make them official. But NYC is truly the place that allows me to work on exciting things.

TIHC: Any last words or hashtags?

JL: Be brave. Work hard….and NEVER EVER let anyone tell you that you can’t do it, no matter how crazy your dreams are. My dreams have always been really high and crazy. All it needs are guts. #JMLjournal #JuliaLang #JuliaMiriamLang #NYC #NewYork
