I think the worst thing about this is how many people I’ve seen blaming Macklin because at the end of the day he’s going to blame himself and he’s going to be harder on himself than anyone and he’s just under so much pressure

But he just captained Canada at the worlds at age 19, had 14 (I think) points and played amazingly the whole tournament and was ultimately one of the best players

So yeah I’m sad for Canada and by extension for Mack and people need to stop putting it on his shoulders but I’m well proud of the game they played and the baby shark is only just getting started and I can’t wait for next season!!!!
