i am very emotional and don’t know how to properly keep things inside (see this post) and I’ve told 2 people about it today

which is stupid, because I haven’t even submitted the application yet, but it does have me emotional about feeling bad about leaving the company behind because i know how much they rely on me and i want to see the best for them

getting a message from a customer on something that probably doesn’t matter but will be on my brain for

just wish they would explain why they want my inspection program in a little more detail because if you guys gave me a 0.75mm max material true position and all my positions were within the basic tolerance of 0.25mm there should be no issues just tell me you’re doing it so you don’t ever have to check a part in the future once you say you like my program-

3 months ago, I told my boss, ‘hey, i am concerned about this’

guess what problem happened today-

my heart is too soft, an old friend is helping me get an offer at a better company but

i will feel bad if i leave this company because they are really struggling and my boss is so nice and has taught me so much i feel like i owe it to him to stay there especially because he actually wants me to be the director of engineering
