The Brave New Frontier. My new shoot for T Magazine, styled by the brilliant Haidee Findlay-Levin, assisted by @aryehlappin
Fresh New Work! Leaf - shot with Andrew Stellitano.
Exploring sculptural forms from nature, a series of portraits as the leaves decay over time. Starting as the chlorophyll begins to decay and further down the line as they are completely dried and skeletal.
The abstract leaves become distorted and alien. New forms start to resemble something other than their original form and a primitive quality emerges.
This is a study of beauty in decay, a sort of ashes to ashes, a memento mori.
New Story in this months Wallpaper, with the delightful Benjamin Kempton.
