i love this stuff! 

2tbsp of this powdered peanut butter mixed with 1tbsp water, turns into, well you guessed it, peanut butter!

this tastes just like any name brand peanut butter, but has 85% less fat and calories. 

the 2tbsp serving size has only 45cals!

and it comes in normal peanut butter and chocolate peanut butter. 

the chocolate peanut butter tastes like what a melted down reese’s cup would taste like.

in my opinion everyone should try this on some light whole grain bread and feel what it feels like to enjoy your childhood favorites and eat healthy!

Not doing so hot. Throwing up several times a day again. The first thing I did this morning was to eat a whole bag of chips only to spend an hour in front of the toilet. So tired of it all.
