Christ. Isn't that the truth though? I mean the religious can sling all this at us and degrade our beliefs, but once you say anything about their religion, you're the bad guy. We're so disrespectful for saying we don't agree with their religion, but they aren't when they ridicule our beliefs? Just because our beliefs aren't back by some stupid faith doesn't mean it isn't any more disrespectful to slander us and our beliefs.

You know those parts of the bible that are completely ridiculous? The parts about stoning adulterers to death, and wearing mixed fibers and working on the sabbath and so on; the parts that you refuse to take seriously even though the book itself commands you must take all of it seriously? Whatever part of your brain is responsible for working out that those parts of the bible are safe to ignore - that’s where an atheist’s morality comes from.

I live my life day to day, making the best decisions I can make with the experience I have gained in my life. I know that the day I day, I will not regret a single solitary thing from my life because I did it with a good conscience. The world is so beautiful and I got to see as much as I could while relishing in its beauty. I didn't waste my valuable time on Earth to fast, pray, and attend church hoping for something unattainable. I lived in the now and was grateful for what was in front of me. 

That's the best way to live a life.
