KRIS HONESTLY DIDN’T CARE ABOUT THIS “ EXCHANGE STUDENT. ” it’s nothing personal of course – living your life without a soul for so long would do that to you. there was no empathy in the cavity in their chest, only a dark void and a parasite trying to make them its home. nonetheless, they suppose the girl deserves a reply… after all, susie was their friend now… or something. ( the disgusting parasite begs to speak, but is silenced for now. )
“ it’s fine. ” their voice is monotonous and dull as they speak, the slam of the locker louder than any words that left their lips. should they elaborate ? … no, that would count as tattling, wouldn’t it ? so says the parasite. we couldn’t hurt our friend, now could we ?
we could. we could easily hurt her. she’s hurt them before, and it would only be fair. friendship or not.
“ … she’s done it before. ” their chest hurts. it’s clawing at their insides. no no no why did you do that ?! we can’t be mean to susie ! what if this human tells on her ?! “ … but don’t tell ms. alphys. ”
She hadn’t expected a reply, least of all from the only other human around. But she spares them a glance, takes in their words. She doesn’t even know who Ms.Alphys even was, so looks like their secret was safe - not that Ray would have told anyone anyways.
“I won’t.” Ray said with a small nod, moving to the next locker. It only takes seconds once again to get it open. But again, nothing. Just more snacks. But you know what? She’ll take those over nothing at all. They have to eat after all.
She kicks the locker closed, putting the bag of chips she found into her bag. “I can’t imagine it tastes good, but I guess I wouldn’t know. Never tried chalk before.” She said, as if she hadn’t just broken into two lockers right in front of the other.
